Boasting one of the largest family communities in Singapore and expanding fast in Indonesia and Malaysia, as well as other SEA countries, we are now looking for an experienced Branding and Marketing manager who will support B2B branding and marketing initiatives, to be part of this exciting growth story across different markets in SEA.
Detailed strategic planning and tactical execution on how the Supermom’s B2B brand will be developed and shaped up in SEA is expected in this role, which includes all B2B marketing strategy which incorporates all aspects of B2B marketing planning and communications including managing marketing budget, developing right channel mix, digital channels, developing events sponsorships, creating marketing collateral and public relations.
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager/Senior Executive to drive the success of our B2B marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel at optimizing customer journeys, crafting engaging multi-channel marketing campaigns, and driving data-driven content strategies. With a strong focus on collaboration and innovation, you will lead event development, both online and offline, and champion public relations efforts to elevate our brand. Working closely with sales teams, you will create sales enablement resources that align with our brand's voice, values, and objectives, fueling growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Optimize the B2B customer journey by identifying friction points and conversion gaps, and create scalable, innovative solutions to enhance customer experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cohesive marketing messages, positioning, and assets that align with brand voice, values, and objectives. Work closely with sales teams to develop a sales playbook, incorporating aligned strategies and sales enablement resources.
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing communications strategies and campaigns (including advertising, PR, events, email marketing, association/channel partnerships and social media) to achieve business objectives. Manage the production and distribution of marketing materials, while monitoring performance and adjusting tactics as needed to optimize results.
- Develop and execute data-driven content strategies that align with business goals and target audiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and optimize content for various channels (website, blog, social media, email, video), while monitoring performance metrics and exploring new formats and technologies to enhance engagement and lead generation. Identify and leverage new channels and technologies to improve the effectiveness of marketing communications strategies.
- Plan and manage event development for both offline and online events, including concept creation, budgeting, logistics, promotion, and execution. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event outcomes that align with business objectives and enhance brand visibility.
- Develop and execute public relations strategies to build and maintain a strong brand image, foster positive media coverage, and manage press relations. Collaborate with internal teams and external PR agencies to craft compelling stories, press releases, and media materials that effectively communicate the company's key messages and achievements.
