As a Director of Execution you will play a pivotal role in leading and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, foster client relationships, and enhance our market presence. You will oversee a dynamic team of sales professionals and collaborate with cross-functional departments to achieve business objectives.

  • Manage LMF ad Tactical Budgets, while optimizing price and promotion strategies

• Follow Supplier(s) lead on innovation planning within assigned brands including programming, goal setting, inventory management, selling tools, kickoff meeting, training, tracking, etc.
• Communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual portfolio priorities and key execution metrics by channel, geography, customer, and brand across entire selling Johnson Brothers Network to achieve internal alignment.
• In depth analysis of activities by channel, geography, customer, and brand
• Scorecard Performance across Johnson Brothers Network
• Measure and update against execution, brand standards, innovation, channel & other KPI’s and continually identify strategic gaps in plan.
• Use internal tracking of goals including displays, feature ads, pricing, distribution, visibility, accounts sold, menus, drink features, etc. to deliver above.
• Assess Supplier(s), Brand and Category health using syndicated data, including Nielsen, IRI, DISCUS, Etc.
• Overall Management of profitability for Supplier and Distributor alike
• Run standard and ad hoc reports for business needs.
• Coordinate cadenced business reviews and planning meetings with Supplier(s) Leadership.
• Collaborates with Supplier to build comprehensive training programs, designed to educate an enhance Johnson Brothers Sales personnel capabilities.
• Works in conjunction with Corporate Training Platform
• Ensures all Supplier and Johnson Brothers Corporate Compliance measures are in place and being followed pertaining to designated portfolio(s)
• Work with Purchasing Department to ensure contractual obligations and asks are being adhered to
• In conjunction, maintaining healthy Inventory levels for internal purposes.
• Oversight to Branch forecasting using Logility
• Plans and Executes Market Surveys upon Supplier(s) desired cadence across Johnson Brothers Network

How You’ll Succeed 

• CIRA - Complete Change Initiative Risk Assessment (CIRA) for new initiatives, investigate, document, and report on incidents and errors (regulatory and operational). Document and complete Business Continuity Planning milestones.

Who You Are

• You have minimum of an undergraduate degree in business or equivalent.

• You have industry experience. 3-5 years industry-related experience and understanding of the Direct Financial Services business lines, products and services (in particular Simplii Financial). General knowledge of the operational, regulatory, and reputation risks associated with Direct Financial Services businesses and a comprehension of the policies, standards, processes and controls that need to be in place to mitigate these risks.

Role Mandate:

The Director, Regional Sales ETFs is responsible for selling and servicing BMO ETFs and ETF-based mutual funds in an assigned geographic region, assisting BMO GAM in meeting annual plan sales and revenue targets.

The role is responsible for developing sales of BMO ETFs and related ETF based products through direct sales activity and through multi-channel partnerships in the assigned region.  A core component of the position is creating effective partnerships with the assigned BMO Global Asset Management Regional Sales Managers (RSMs).  The ETF Specialist role provides the RSMs with sales support, promotional assistance and education on BMO ETFs and other BMO ETF related products.

Sales and Service Relationship Management Planning

Accountabilities:

Sales and Service

• Drive sales of BMO ETFs in conjunction with a cohort of RSM’s to meet and exceed annual plan targets
• Foster a sales culture of goal achievement and superior customer satisfaction;
• Coordinate BMO ETF sales activities within the assigned region
• Provide ongoing sales support and product specific training to the assigned region’s RSM team

Relationship Management

• Create and manage advisor relationships within the assigned region to ensure optimum representation of BMO ETF solution set and products.
• Develop a database of qualified financial intermediaries within the region who have the potential to sell BMO ETF products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with third party referral sources (i.e. brokers/dealers) to maximize BMO ETF market presence and increase our market share.
• Provide subject matter expertise to the senior sales management team on market conditions and trends to maintain a high level of environmental awareness.

Planning & Strategy

• Implement the national sales plan within the geographic sales region including preparation and implementation of an annual territory business plan including promotional budget, to meet annual growth and retention targets.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures by identifying potential gaps and providing input and recommendations on Product launches and initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing

Capital Markets and Direct Financial Services provides integrated services and products aimed at serving investors as well as corporate and institutional clients globally. The Capital Markets business is a recognized leader in the industry specializing in investment banking advisory services, corporate lending and research. In addition, the Direct Financial Services arm provides alternate services and solutions such  as direct investing, direct banking and unique international payment solutions. The successful applicant will provide Business Management support to Global Markets and Direct Financial Services (GM & DFS). The incumbent will be the primary individual responsible for Business Management functions across the Global Markets & DFS business. The incumbent will have a number of direct reports that will be responsible for business management support across their respective portfolios. How You’ll Succeed

• Strategic & Business Planning -Support and contribute to strategic and business planning, supporting GM & DFS Business Managers and Head of GM & DFS; Partner with infrastructure groups to implement/execute strategic and business plans; Project manage new initiatives, including Change Initiative Risk Assessments (CIRAs).

Specifically ensure effective and documented internal controls are in place and evidenced by policies and procedures specific to the individual business activities. Oversee governance and compliance functions/issues on behalf of the GM & DFS business, including - Ensure compliance with Change Initiative Risk Assessments (CIRAs) with respect to new initiatives; Support execution of new contracts and agreements with vendors and partners in collaboration with Corporate Services, Legal, and other internal stakeholders; Accountable to ensure the completion of all GM & DFS governance functions –User System Access, Contract Review, etc.; Oversight of the Business Continuity Management plans and milestones as Accountable Officer for GM & DFS; Support GM & DFS business management team, front office and internal partners in the implementation of new compliance and governance requirements; Management, oversight of audits and related follow-up items including coordinating and responding to auditor/regulator requests, findings and reports; Working with Capital Markets Governance & Control teams to ensure suitable and effective controls are in place and help manage and support the coordination of the deficiency management process across GM & DFS;

• Finance/MIS - Work with business, Business Managers and/or Finance Business Support to develop. Management and Board Presentations; Quarterly Operational Risk Dashboard and analysis; and other presentations.

• Cross-Functional Relationships - Strong interpersonal and communication skills allowing the incumbent to work alongside the business, including Head of GM & DFS, on a day-to-day basis; Establish and maintain effective relationships with partners in CIBC, including, Operations, Finance, Risk Management, Technology, Legal and Compliance and other corporate governance groups as required to help address and resolve day-to-day issues as well as deliver on business initiatives; and Maintain regular dialogue with regional business managers and their teams as required on global initiatives and issues.

Who You Are

• You possess knowledge of Financial Products (products and processes) with a minimum of 10 years of working experience in the Financial Services industry is an asset;

• You have university degree in Business Management/Accounting Designation. CA, CMA, CGA, or equivalent, is preferred;

• You have strong problem solving, analytical, judgment and change implementation capabilities;

• You have the ability to establish and build healthy working relationships and partnerships with the business, as well as peers, and wide variety of stakeholders (Finance, Middle Office, Risk Management, Technology, etc.);

• Work with Regional Property Managers and Property Managers on creating and implementing strategic marketing plans.

• Develop community marketing budgets. Operate within this budget and make recommendations for marketing (advertisements, collateral, promotional events and gifts) as necessary.

Qualifications

• Required Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, business administration, nursing or related field
• Preferred Master's Degree MPH, MBA or other related area
• 10 years of relevant experience Performance management, quality improvement, patient safety, patient experience and outcome reporting Required
• 5 years of relevant experience leadership role in a healthcare environment. Required
• Creating, communicating, and executing on vision, strategy, and roadmaps, building relationships with diverse stakeholders, and leading and influencing cross-functional teams in creating successful initiatives, without formal authority. Required
• Experience in working with nursing leaders and physicians from diverse backgrounds and perspectives in acute, ambulatory, chronic, and preventive care environments. Required
• Experience in hospitals in a community hospital private practice environment. Required
• Clinical related experience. Preferred
• Registered Nurse (RN) - State of Michigan preferred
