Your Mission: As our Senior Manager, Corporate Reporting is based in Singapore reporting to the Senior Director Corporate Controller, your role will be pivotal in leading the Group’s financial reporting process, ensuring the production of accurate financial statements in compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and non-GAAP standards.
Make Your Mark: How You Will Drive Change:
- Oversee and support the preparation of SEC reports (Form 20F, 6K), MD&A, and related analyses, while ensuring timely filings through close collaboration with internal and external counsel.
- Manage the judgmental reserve process for month-end and quarter-end closings, and review complex accounting entries, including hedge accounting, FX, and stock-based compensation.
- Supervise the financial reporting team in the Shared Services Center, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and IFRS standards, and prepare footnote disclosures for SEC filings.
- Coordinate with internal teams to audit and address questions related to SEC filings and liaise with external auditors.
- Participate in the reporting of green initiatives and provide consultation and technical research on accounting pronouncements, leading the implementation of new standards.
- Ensure the accounting department is staffed with qualified personnel and manage the financial reporting team based in the Philippines.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with over 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably including “Big 4” Public Accounting.
- CPA certification or an international equivalent, with mandatory experience in publicly listed companies.

- Strong ability to work collaboratively across the organization, demonstrating professionalism and expertise.
