The Mission statement

Project name: Compliance Applications health check Monitoring

Context of the project: In Compliance, all the health checks of applications are managed manually. Connection to the GUI, Access to data and Check they are properly displayed on the application. For each intervention during the WE and for each delivery, we need support people to perform the manual checks on applications.

Goal of the project: Creation of a monitoring portal which centralized the status of the different applications. Status, Alerts and Warnings will be displayed for each application for Support team to be able to follow on real time the health of applications and address issues as soon as they appeared. This one will guarantee a better efficiency of Support team.

Internship mission statement: This internship will allow the intern to work on the monitoring tool to be able to retrieve the status of applications and centralized the follow-up on one IU. The Mission Statement

Project name: Migrate SSIS components to Java spring batch

Context of the project: In Know Your Customer process, users sometimes need to load data in mass without going through a standard workflow in the application. To do that, they have a set of existing loaders, used to parse input file, perform some controls and load data in the application if the data provided fulfills proper criteria.

Goal of the project: Migrate loaders currently implemented in Microsoft SSIS technology, to a brand new Java spring batch. Reinforce the reliability of those loaders. Reinforce the code maintainability, add unit testing coverage and add in Sonar perimeter.

Sales and Marketing:

• Own and hit/exceed sales targets within assigned territories and accounts

Analytics and Reporting:

• Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Moz, SEMrush, and social media analytics.
• Generate detailed reports on regional campaign performance, including traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management based on data-driven analysis.
• Implement optimization techniques to improve campaign effectiveness.

Ownership and Collaboration:

• Provide regular updates to management on digital marketing performance, results, and strategies for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and overseas entities including sales, customer service, and IT to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and a unified brand message.
• Foster a collaborative work environment, encouraging creativity and innovation within the team.

Budget Management:

• Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
• Monitor expenses and ROI, making adjustments as necessary to meet financial goals.
• Ensure all marketing activities are cost-effective and deliver a high return on investment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Media Arts, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital media or media art industry, preferably in the e-commerce or technology industry.
• In-depth knowledge of regional media marketing strategy, inculding media arts, SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Respond to telephone/online catering sales enquiries
• Build and maintain good client relationship and rapport
• Solicit new corporate clients through cold calling and sales visit
• Assist clients in professional event planning, packaging and menu selection
• Keep abreast of trends and developments in catering industry
• Actively brainstorming of creative ideas in improving catering services to clients
• Account for sales and profitability of event orders and ensure smooth operations of catering functions

Requirements

• Possess O Level / Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing with at least 3 years of relevant experience in F & B industry will be an advantage
• Able to converse effectively in English and Mandarin to manage Mandarin speaking clients
• Self discplined, proactive and have strong sense of urgency
• Must be self-driven, dynamic, meticulous, creative and sales oriented
• Outgoing personality, highly motivated, independent individual and yet an inclusive team player
