The Part-Time Immigration Sales Consultant will be responsible for driving sales and promoting immigration services to individuals or businesses seeking assistance with permanent residency, Citizenship and other immigration-related matters. This role focuses on converting prospects into clients, and ensuring that the immigration solutions provided align with client needs and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Lead Generation:
- Leads will be provided.
- Qualify leads and schedule consultations with prospective clients to assess their immigration needs and requirements.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads and prospects, ensuring regular follow-up and nurturing of client relationships.
2. Consultative Sales Process:
- Conduct one-on-one consultations (via phone, video conference, or in-person) with potential clients to understand their immigration needs and offer customized solutions.
- Present and explain the full range of immigration services (e.g., permanent residency, citizenship, work passes) to prospective clients.
- Address client questions and concerns, providing clear explanations of the immigration process, timelines, and associated costs.
3. Proposal & Service Offering:
- Create tailored proposals, outlining the immigration services best suited for each client’s specific needs.
- Work with the Operations team to ensure the proposed solutions meet client expectations and comply with all legal requirements.
4. Client Conversion & Closing Sales:
- Guide prospective clients through the decision-making process and encourage them to commit to services.
- Follow up with clients post-consultation to answer any lingering questions and finalize agreements.
- Close sales by securing client sign-ups and processing payments for services rendered.
5. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage referrals.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive experience for clients.
- Stay engaged with clients during the immigration process, offering support when necessary and ensuring that they remain satisfied with the services provided.
6. Sales Reporting & Tracking:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, conversions, and client interactions in the system.
- Report weekly or monthly sales performance, tracking metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
- Monitor client feedback and market trends to identify areas for improvement and opportunities to increase sales.
7. Market & Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed on the latest immigration trends, regulations, and updates to immigration law to effectively communicate this knowledge to clients.
- Provide feedback to the team on client needs, competitor offerings, and market demand to help shape service offerings and marketing strategies.
Education & Experience:
- Diploma/ Degree holder in any discipline.
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
- Experience in a consultative sales environment is highly desirable.
Sales Skills:
- Proven track record of success in sales, with experience in lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet or exceed sales targets.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and persuasively.
