HR Business Partner
Are you an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) with a proven track record in driving organisational success? We're looking for a someone like you to join our team!
As a Business Partner You will play a pivotal role in delivering dedicated and tailored HR advice and support to our IT function as well and other assigned business area. Collaborating with a range of specialist colleagues, you’ll provide best practice solutions to complex business challenges. You’ll work closely with these areas to translate strategy into clear, actionable objectives aligned with the future needs and goals of the organisation.
Leveraging your extensive expertise as a business partner and your excellent communication skills, you’ll ensure compliance with policies and procedures, analyse key trends and performance metrics, and make informed recommendations to drive the business forward.
You will also foster a positive safety culture by collaborating with senior leaders to help shape the organisation’s direction. With a strong focus on diversity and inclusion, you’ll contribute to creating an environment that fosters growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, consistent HR advice to senior management and wider business, acting as a trusted advisor across all employee-related matters
- Lead strategic people projects, translating HR strategy into actionable objectives that align with the business's future needs and goals.
- Analyse trends and performance metrics to make informed recommendations that drive business success.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures to minimise employee relations issues and promote a positive, safety-focused culture.
- Partner with stakeholders to build capability, manage talent, and foster an inclusive, high-performing environment.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in the IT sector, with a demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate.
- Strong background in change management, organisational design, and succession planning.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships, influence key decision-makers, and drive alignment across diverse teams and senior leaders.
- A proactive approach to understanding business needs and providing tailored HR solutions.
