About this opportunity
We're currently undertaking the UK's largest financial services transformation, to make sure we remain relevant for our customers today and tomorrow. In order to deliver on our bold strategic ambitions, we are looking for a Senior Manager to lead on change initiatives across business teams in Group Corporate Treasury.
This is an outstanding opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving a culture of change, while delivering on strategic objectives around data management, risk and control, process improvement and assurance. Our ability to advocate, effectively collaborate and communicate new ways of working is critical to our success.
The role is part of the Capital optimisation and Securitisation team, but also supports innovation across the entire Treasury division, leading a team of specialists to create and manage change.
What you'll be doing:
You'll be responsible for leading and managing change initiatives within the Treasury department. The aim is to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies.
- Lead and motivate a team of experts to manage change initiatives within the Treasury department, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with the reporting, risk, audit, front office, data and platform teams to define business requirements and ensure the prioritisation of product backlogs is effectively communicated and refined.
- Provide oversight of the standardisation of business testing and assurance to ensure targeted reviews add value to the business and system changes are tested and implemented successfully in line with business expectations.
- Oversee the management of treasury data and data risk reporting ensuring data quality standards are met and it supports stakeholder needs.
- Work closely with senior management and technical teams to deliver process and control improvements that provide insights to support better decision-making and optimise business metrics
- Work in an agile manner to deliver results efficiently and effectively, demonstrating iterative and collaborative approaches.

- Demonstrated experience leading teams and empowering colleagues to align business change strategies with business objectives
- Strong expertise in data, governance, and analytics, with a proven track record of delivering change that drives business value
- Provide specialist advice and support to the team, using your deep understanding of implementing change to continuously improve treasury processes.
- Demonstrable leadership and management of large specialist teams.
- Be a motivated, enthusiastic and curious colleague with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to advocate and influence colleagues across the organisation. Have the ability to continuously learn and adapt to the latest industry advancements in technology and data, effectively integrating these developments into change initiatives.
- Strategic approach with the ability to think laterally, solve problems and find innovative solutions.
