What will you be doing?

As a Sales Executive, you will be working to increase the sales of Tropicana Brands Group products in convenience and independent stores while working alongside our Wholesale Channel to increase the visibility of products in your local depots. You'll also ensure that all stock is on brand and correctly displayed.

You will work across channels using a blended strategy, combining face-to-face, virtual, and digital interactions. Through your extensive market knowledge and customer interaction, you will be responsible for delivering sales, share growth and raising the in-store profile for Tropicana Brands Group.

As a Field Sales Executive, you will:

• Visit stores in your area to promote and sell a selection of Tropicana Brands Group products and increase visibility
• Be supported by our online digital app *shopt, which will support your blended approach and help you successfully engage with your customer base
• Increase distribution for a range of SKUs in chillers and promotional space, ensuring all sales data is reported through our CRM system
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers, enabling you to influence them to maximise every sales opportunity and products are prominently positioned#

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service while driving sales? We're seeking a Customer Service and Sales Advisor to join our team. Your role will involve selling memberships, retaining existing members, and ensuring a welcoming customer experience at our Front of House.

The successful candidate would ideally have similar experience within the public or private sector. Experience will include generating membership enquiries, developing product knowledge, and achieving sales targets. You'll create a friendly and supportive environment for customers, communicate effectively to build rapport, and support marketing strategies. Day-to-day operations will include cash handling, point-of-sale transactions, and customer service administration.

Our full-time positions will work 37 hours per week. There is a mixture of full time and part time vacancies available. Early morning, Weekend and evening working will be required.

Our client is looking to add a Sales Ledger Clerk to their finance team.
Specific duties and responsibilities

• Raise sales orders and sales invoices using Sage 50 accounting software.
• Liasing with warehouses to ensure inventory levels are sufficient and reconciled to Sage
• Investigating and resolving sales ledger account and inventory queries
• Approving warehouse transport and storage payable invoices
• Upload daily/weekly stock receipts
• Ensure customer sales prices are up-to-date by working closely with account managers
• Investigate and raise credit notes where appropriate.
• Working closely with the parent company shipment and inventory team
• Monitoring and managing imported inventory containers and registering on Sage.
• Working with company accountant to ensure monthly reconciliations are accurate and timely.
• Reporting closely with the Finance Director to achieve company goals.
• Ad-hoc duties when required.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have previous experience in raising sales invoices.
• Sage 50 experience is a necessity.
• Stock management experience is advantageous but not a necessity at this stage.
• The ability to use own initiative.

Remuneration and working conditions
The working hours are 9.00 am to 5.00 pm from Monday to Friday with a 1-hour break for lunch.Hybrid working work is available for the position.A smart, casual appearance is a condition of employment. A target apportioned bonus forms part of the annual remuneration.
