Business Administration Internship Opportunity - October Intake
Location: Volkswagen Glenmarie Branch
Are you ready to turn your academic knowledge into practical skills in a dynamic business setting? Join Volkswagen Glenmarie as an intern and gain hands-on experience in business administration while supporting branch operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to experience real-world work life and contribute meaningfully to our administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Branch Manager with daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Gain exposure to operations management and administrative duties, including invoicing, billing and preparing reports.
- Maintain an organized filing system and manage office supplies inventory.
- Prepare and maintain proper documentation of petty cash record and transactions.
- Assist in sales invoicing, insurance renewals, vehicle registrations and other administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with contractors to obtain competitive quotes.
- Comply with all standard operating procedures (SOP).
Who We’re Looking For:
- Current student enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Diploma program in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to take on varied tasks.
- Must have own transport as the branch is not directly accessible by public transportation.
- Available to start by October for a minimum of 4 months. Internship allowance provided.
