We currently have an exciting opportunity for a New Homes Sales Adviser that comes with an uncapped OTE of £57k and the chance to work for one of the UK's best developer brands.
Working as part of a 4-person on-site sales team, you will be responsible for generating and converting sales from telephone, web and walk-in enquiries, demonstrating the schemes premium homes and taking reservations, before managing the sale through to exchange.
Working hours are 9.30am to 6pm, 5 days a week, including weekends (as part of your normal shift pattern).
Our client are keen to speak to ambitious, positive, go-getters, who are keen to maximise sales for their own and the company's benefit. Previous new home sales experience is preferred, either from another housebuilder, or via a specialist new homes Estate Agency.
In return they can match a candidate's aspirations with a competitive basic salary and benefits package, which includes a basic of up to £32k and an uncapped OTE of £57k PA. They also offer weekend flexibility with 1 in 4 weekends off.
