Business Intelligence Administrator
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for data accuracy and user satisfaction? Pembrokeshire College is seeking an enthusiastic Business Intelligence Administrator to support and optimise our College Reporting Systems.
Salary Details: Scale: BS19-21 (£24,401 - £26,164 per annum)
This is a 2-point extended scale with progression incrementally on an annual basis. Commencing salaries will be assessed in accordance with the College’s starting salaries matrix.
Contract Type: Salaried - Permanent
Hours of work: Full time (37 hours per week)
Holiday Entitlement: 28 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays per year (increasing to 32 days for 5 years + service) plus statutory bank holidays & college efficiency closures.
Qualifications: You will have a minimum level 2 qualification- specifically in Maths and English. It is however highly desirable to hold a relevant level 3/4 qualification. If not held, it is essential to undertake and achieve this within an agreed timescale.
You will collaborate with the Business Intelligence Manager to ensure data quality, identify and bridge data gaps, and provide exceptional user support and training.
Your strong interpersonal skills, initiative, and commitment to continuous improvement will be essential as you engage with stakeholders, perform data validation, and oversee the Business Intelligence helpdesk.
