What the day job looks like:
In this full-time role as Talent BP, we are seeking a talent management specialist to partner with our managers to recruit, create equity in access to development opportunity across the business and take the lead in succession planning - you will interact with all areas of the business and relationships will be key as the business is small enough to really get your hands around! You will be:
• Candidate sourcing – writing great quality, eye catching ads, supporting with candidate screening
• Building strong working relationships across the business and externally with our preferred supplier list and local networks
• Supporting managers in best practice, unbiased recruitment processes
• Working with the internal creative team to develop our employer brand
• Developing, sourcing and delivering training programs
• Supporting employee development processes across the business
• Supporting managers in skills mapping
• Being creative in compensation and benefit, building best in class employee value propositions
• Benchmarking externally
• Contributing to People strategy
• Communicating across the business

Terms
· 40 hrs/wk i.e. 8.30am-4.30pm Mon-Fri (start and finish times flexible) with a 3 day/week office; 2 day/week WFH hybrid working model.
· Probationary period 3 months
