Your new role

The main purpose of your role is to manage sales orders from receipt to delivery whilst ensuring excellent customer service is delivered at all times. Leading the site based Resourcing and Deployment Function
• Managing the designated team ensuring consistency of approach and seamless service
delivery across the site and at Trust level with other site counterparts and transactional
POD teams.
• To lead on development and implementation of agreed resourcing and deployment
strategies/plans that reflect business needs, identify opportunities for growth and financial
sustainability.
• Lead the delivery and development of recruitment, resourcing, and data intelligence
solutions to enable the site to respond to its short and long term resourcing needs. This will
include providing specialist advice across all levels and managing particularly complex
recruitment and resourcing issues.
• To work closely with other teams such as Education, Learning and Development, OD and
HR Business teams to develop and support a culture of continuous improvement.
• To act as the strategic lead for temporary workforce for site and in conjunction with peers
represent the trust at local, regional and national meetings in this area.
• Provide leadership and management of the site based resourcing and deployment team,

Policy and Service Development

• To support the central transactional services teams in the ongoing programme of
resourcing and deployment policy development and review that ensures completion and
sign off to allow timely implementation. This will include supporting the development of trust
level policy and being responsible for implementation of policy related to own area of work.
• Working in conjunction with systems leads to ensure that the systems in use in sites (e.g eroster, ESR, Trac) are embedded and the functionality of them are optimised and that the
information they provide is relevant, accurate and provides insight for users.
• Lead the site based management of medical workforce planning i.e. co-ordination of job
planning cycle in conjunction with site medical director and reviewing rosters to ensure they
meet service needs.
• Accountable for providing site workforce intelligence and analysis, highlighting themes and
trends, ensuring that lessons are learned, changes proposed and making
recommendations for service improvement. This will be with support from the central
workforce teams.
• To support new ways of working and improvement of service in designated areas of
responsibility ensuring that benefits realisation is tracked to be able to add value for money.
Workforce Assurance, Governance & Compliance
• To work with transactional POD teams to maintain and develop performance and
governance monitoring arrangements for sites in relation to outsourced contracts (eg,
payroll).
• Develop and maintain working practices in support of the Trust’s workforce governance,
compliance, audit and risk management agenda. This includes contributing to the
development of the POD Directorate’s business continuity plan.
• Preparation of identified elements for the site People and OD Committee and Hospital
Management Board.
• Ensure all information processed meets the requirements of the GDPR and that staff
understand their responsibilities for this.
• To maintain effective processes to record and monitor governance, risk and incident
information.
• Working with the Transactional POD team to provide assurance on the quality of

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Business Support Officer to join the Liverpool Safeguarding Children's Partnership (LSCP) Service team. In this role, you will provide essential support to the Safeguarding Manager, LSCP Chair, independent scrutineer, and other LSCP members, ensuring efficient operations within the LSCP's multi-agency safeguarding framework. This role is central to maintaining effective multi-agency safeguarding arrangements across Liverpool, supporting collaboration between partners to protect and support children.

• 35 Hours per week (Mon to Fri 9-5)
• £14.40 inclusive of Holiday pay
• 3 month contract with possibility of extension
• hybrid working with minimum 3 days per week on site

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Safeguarding Manager, LSCP Chair, independent scrutineer, and other LSCP team members and sub-groups.
• Organise and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and accurately take and distribute minutes.
• Manage records and documentation, maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail in all administrative tasks.
• Produce a variety of reports and data to support the LSCP's objectives and reporting requirements.
• Ensure effective communication and support for all LSCP partners, promoting a collaborative approach across the safeguarding partnership.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Business Support or similar administrative role, ideally within safeguarding or multi-agency settings.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, with expertise in IT systems and office software.
• Skilled in arranging meetings, preparing agendas, and taking accurate, clear minutes.
• Experienced in producing reports and handling data accurately and professionally.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, maintaining professionalism and discretion.

Property Sales Progression Manager

Hybrid working from our office at Liverpool Street, London (or Newcastle Upon Tyne) and from home, covering our South of England property portfolio

Full Time (37.5 hours per week)

c£45,000 - £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)

In this role, you'll apply your expertise in Right to Buy and Right to Acquire to help drive our team towards achieving our home ownership sales objectives. Typical day as Sales Progression Manager (know internally by us as Lead Statutory Sales Executive)

• Maximising sales performance of our Right to Buy, Right to Acquire and Deposit Builder sales, ensuring the team are proactive on sales conversions to exceed targets.
• Driving all activity and sales performance, ensuring our customer journeys are informed, positive and proactive.
• Prioritising and managing a large and varied workload to meet performance targets and statute deadlines. You’ll be a key point of contact for our customers during their exciting experience of buying their home.
• Unleashing the potential of your team, through brilliant coaching you’ll ensure exceptional quality of service, customer satisfaction, reduce sales periods and drive service improvements.

You bring

• A strong property sales background, with expert knowledge and experience in Right to Buy and Right to Acquire to ensure that the service provided to customers is right first time. You’ll also know all about shared ownership resales to staircasing, and lease extensions to remortgages.
• A proven people manager who is resilient and determined, who can get the best out of your team to deliver outstanding customer experience whilst smashing your sales targets.
• Great interpersonal skills, proactive and positive in engaging with customers, inspiring your team to be the same.
• Analytical, being able to bring creative solutions and new ways of working to drive sale conversions and continuous improvement.
• A great knowledge of the property market, and all the legal bits that come with that, as well as relevant housing acts, Homes England guidelines and relevant housing legislation.
• Previous experience using Sales Force/CRM would be advantageous but training will also be provided.
