Your Focus
As Senior Marketing Manager, you will partner and contribute to business growth by building differentiated customer value propositions, driving innovation and adding value to our global, coordinated and regional/ local customers.
The role will see you lead all aspects of marketing including in-depth market, consumer and category understanding to deliver actionable insights, maximizing knowledge of product technologies and leveraging them to create compelling concepts or stories. You will champion building and the delivery of impactful presentations with high quality content to wow our customers for business wins.
As a strategic business partner and Marketing consultant for the business, you will collaborate across functions and levels. If required, the Senior Marketing Manager will manage junior-mid level direct reports and be responsible for the team’s talent development and coaching.
How you will Contribute
Market & Consumer Expert
- Ensure our business is at the forefront of marketing trends and foresight by defining future needs scenarios.
- Define and execute regional category marketing strategy in alignment with the commercial strategy.
- Promote cross-category and cross-region collaboration and deliver category insights and solutions.
Customer Premier Partner
- Identify customer opportunities, build and deliver differentiated solutions to drive growth.
- Plan and execute Marketing deliverables on Mission-Critical/Must-Win customer projects.
- Define and build inspirational and experiential customer and brand engagements.
Innovation and Thought Leader
- Customize global innovations to address the needs of Asian consumers, customers and sub-regions.
- Build value propositions and deliver innovation roll outs in partnership with Commercial, Consumer Insights and Creative teams.
- Build creative concepts and product stories and deliver them in a compelling way to our customers.
What you will need to be successful
- Master or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or any other relevant discipline.
- At least 10 years of experience in driving marketing strategy for the Fragrance manufacturing or related MNC industry.
- Proven track record of solid marketing principles knowledge or expertise in B2B or B2C industry.
- Excellent presentation skills, capable in creating compelling communication to drive strategy.
- Passionate about Fragrances and an ability, or interest in learning to recognize olfactive notes, communicate in fragrance language.
- Expertise in optimizing Digital or Social media tools to support business needs.
- Ability to deliver in a fast changing environment with project management and prioritization skills.
- Great team player, ability to influence or motivate others to achieve results.
- Comfortable working in a B2B environment with a positive, self-driven or action-oriented attitude.
- Effective communication skill in English, both verbal and written. Other language proficiency is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Access).
- Willingness to travel.
