Responsibilities :-
1. Sales Support and Coordination
Assist the sales team by preparing quotes, proposals, and order confirmations for clients.
Coordinate with the sales team to manage and update client accounts, ensuring that records are up to date in CRM systems.
Track sales orders from initial inquiry to delivery, coordinating with various internal teams (e.g., logistics, procurement) to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
2. Order Processing and Documentation
Process purchase orders, sales orders, and invoicing accurately, ensuring all required documentation is complete.
Manage product inventories and collaborate with the procurement team to maintain adequate stock levels based on customer demand.
Generate and update reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and inventory status for the sales team and management.
3. Administrative Tasks
Manage sales-related paperwork, such as shipping documents, invoices, and purchase orders.
Prepare sales presentations, meeting notes, and monthly sales reports.
Coordinate internal and client meetings, handling logistics and providing required documentation or follow-ups.
3. Market Research and Reporting
Conduct basic market research to support the sales team with insights into competitor pricing, new trends, and customer preferences.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service levels and product offerings.
Prepare periodic sales and performance reports to track the progress of sales targets and KPIs.
4. Collaboration and Team Support
Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns, promotions, and events.
Coordinate with other departments, such as logistics and finance, to resolve issues impacting order fulfillment and billing.
Assist in training new staff and sharing knowledge on sales processes and customer interactions.
Job Requirements :-
Diploma/Certificate in Business Administration or equivalent
Globe3 software experience is an advantage
Knowledge in Microsoft Office / Accounting Software
