行政

• 就所有行政事務和營運事務向業務營運經理提供行政支援。
• 支援電子發票實施和準備的業務運營
• 協助和管理品質檢查、月度報告、記錄保存、合規性、內部資料庫的一致性和準確性的例行檢查等每月任務。
• 保持業務活動文件井井有條並保持最新（即費用、索賠等）
• 整理並歸檔舊的業務文件。
• 使用電子表格追蹤 AP 並使其保持最新狀態。
• 支援人力資源部門制定工作角色描述並透過履歷進行審查。
• 勤勉工作，支援其他部門。
• 以及不時分配的其他任務。 – 制定差旅政策或合規文件、差旅審批流程等。

專案管理和日程安排 – 與專案協調員合作

• 管理時間追蹤系統以產生每週報告。找出差距並跟進，以確保差距得到相應解決。
• 讓管理層了解最新的資源可用性和休假計劃。
• 時間追蹤系統 – 備份給營運經理來管理系統的專案建立、指派權限、建立文件範本、清單等。
• 協助管理與活躍專案相關的日常營運活動，並向顧問提供專案系統支援。

要求：

• 工商管理、管理、行銷或相關領域的相關學士學位或高級文憑。
• 具備帳戶、稅務或行銷經驗的基礎知識者優先。
• 良好的馬來語和英語能力。
• 熟練使用 Microsoft Office 套件
• 良好的口頭和書面溝通能力，能夠清晰地表達想法。
• 以積極的態度去學習和完成工作。
• 具備以下技能者優先 - 辦公室管理、歸檔、簿記、熟練使用 Microsoft Office 套件、溝通、注重細節、解決問題、報告和日程安排、責任感，並能夠在適當的時間範圍和方式完成分配的任務。
• 具1 -2年經驗，鼓勵應屆畢業生申請
