Manage and monitor social media channels, creating and curating content to boost engagement and expand reach. Coordinate email marketing initiatives, including segmentation, scheduling, content creation, and performance tracking. Support website management by updating content, optimising SEO, and tracking analytics to assess and report on campaign performance. Conduct market research to gather insights on audience needs, preferences, and industry trends, preparing summaries and recommendations. Collaborate with editorial, sales, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels. Organise promotional events, trade shows, and webinars, handling logistics, event communications, and marketing collateral. Assist in maintaining and updating databases and mailing lists, ensuring accurate segmentation for targeted campaigns. Qualification & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally in media, publishing, or a similar industry. Strong understanding of social media management, content management systems (CMS), and email marketing platforms. Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Creative thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for innovative media and design marketing.
