About the role
Join our dynamic team at Sentral as a Sales Executive! Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by securing new sales and maximizing upselling opportunities within our established territories. Working closely with a collaborative and supportive team, your responsibilities will include:
- Proactively generating new business within your assigned territory;
- Expanding revenue streams from existing clients through strategic upselling initiatives;
- Collaborating with head office to support and execute marketing campaigns;
- Representing Sentral at conferences and networking events to foster industry connections;
- Monitoring and providing valuable insights on emerging trends and needs within schools;
- Identifying areas for improvement and recommending effective strategies for resolution.
About you

You are a confident and commercially focused with a passion for sales and building relationships. You have a natural ability to engage and build rapport with people. You'll be persuasive and have a strong ability to lead conversations with clients.
You have a passion for technology and may already be in enterprise software/SaaS, CRM solution or FinTech or the Education sector.
You will also bring:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in business development, relationship management, or a related field;
- Previous experience as a teacher or within the education industry is advantageous;
- Exceptional time management abilities and a keen eye for detail;
- The capacity to work autonomously while also contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment;
- Demonstrated empathy and a sincere commitment to enhancing business practices for our clientele;
- A strong drive, ambition, and motivation to achieve success;
- Outstanding written and verbal communication proficiencies.
