The Finance and Admin intern will support the efficient and effective financial and operational management of the organisation, as well as impact organisations in our network.
- Assist with processing the approval and payment of invoices, reimbursement claims, and payroll, for ActSEA as well as impact organisations in our network.
- Support the accurate and timely entry of financial transactions and compilation of supporting documents into Google Sheets, NocoDB, and/or Quickbooks for ActSEA as well as impact organisations in our network.
- Work with team and project leads at ActSEA to prepare budgets and update and analyse financial projections
- Support the preparation of financial statements for grants and projects.
- Assist with collecting, compiling, analysing and presenting basic data on the organisational and project level to support informed decision-making.
