Responsibilities:
Conduct static and dynamic reliability tests in the lab inside cleanroom.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct static and dynamic reliability tests in the lab inside cleanroom.
- Assemble HDD manually and run drive level testing.
- Able to do minor trouble-shooting on chambers, measurement equipment and spin-stand testers.
- Follow the daily activity assigned by engineers and managers.
- Compile testing/ failure analysis results and send to engineers for review.
- Ensure compliance to ISO Standard Operating Procedures.
- Operate environmental chambers and measurement equipment, like Optical Microscope, Atomic Force Microscope and Optical Surface Analyzer.
- Conduct reliability tests on spin-stand testers.
- Perform necessary failure analysis using measurement equipment on post-tested recoarding heads and media.
- Able to work overtime to cover the other team members, if necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Able to handle tiny parts carefully by using a tweezer in the lab..
- Knowledge on mechanical and technical trouble shooting and equipment set up is preferred.
- Knowledge on operation of various measurement equipment
- Well-verse in discussing and presenting design work across to the team; open to giving and receiving feedback
