The Development Prospect Research team is responsible for leading the prospect research and due diligence function for the Department as well as the preparation of due diligence considerations for Tate’s Ethics Committee. The team also leads on prospect management strategy, monitoring the allocation of prospect pools for individual fundraisers and tracking activities. Alongside undertaking research profiles for all prospects, the team also is responsible for briefing notes for key cultivation events and provides Department-wide sector and global socio-economic insights.

We are looking for a Prospect Research Manager to provide high quality, robust and relevant research. You will also conduct due diligence, deliver training, and identify new prospects for priority projects with a focus on high value fundraising.

Science Administration Manager

Short summary
The Service Delivery Manager manages a team of Science Operations Administrators across multiple floors. The team are the first point of contact for our science colleagues for all operational queries and are required to resolve or co-ordinate their resolution.
You will work alongside two other Service Delivery Managers in developing and managing the administration teams to ensure that all administration is co-ordinated, processes are developed, monitored, followed and continuously assessed to ensure that the team are providing the highest level of operational support to the science. It requires an experienced professional in business support and administration who has developed management skills, thrives in a busy and changing environment.


Key Responsibilities
• To be responsible for developing, managing and overseeing all aspects of the co-ordination of administrative service delivery by being the first point of contact, and source of expertise to Group leaders and Scientific Technology Platform (STP) leads for the administration of the full lifecycle of their research projects.
• To identify opportunities to continually improve processes and contribute to the implementation of proposed solutions including implementing, managing, and improving administrative processes by creating templates, standard approaches across the floors, guidance documents, workflows processes, management information and service level agreements.
• To line manage, induct, and develop the Science Operations Administrators across multiple floors.
• To provide project support to senior staff as required, including arranging meetings and acting as the point of contact between external collaborators, operational teams and research staff.
• To provide strategic input into staff resource planning to ensure appropriate level of resources are available to each group/STP at all times.
• To generate and deliver timely and accurate reports as required.

The Research & Innovation (R&I) Department at NUH is one of the focal points for clinical research in Nottingham and the East Midlands. Data Management and Reporting
• Produce reports reflecting Research & Innovation and NIHR infrastructure activity for both internal performance management and external reporting to the NIHR and others, ensuring accuracy throughout.

• You will report on team and individual results through mid-quarter reviews, QBRs, 121s, etc.
• You will partner with leaders of sales teams, the reseller partner ecosystem, technical support, client services, and others to drive our customer success motions and resolve customer activation/onboarding/usage issues. Identify and make recommendations for improvements in Onboarding and Use
• You will set team expectations to drive a high-level customer satisfaction and experience to ensure continued customer adoption of Autodesk products through customer value-add activities
• You will encourage innovation by exchanging new ideas to improve operation and efficiency within our Customer Success team and the supporting organizations. This includes team building with those from other units who participate on projects

Job Description

General Summary:

The Digital Marketing Senior Manager will be part of the Commercial team, primarily contributing to the development and implementation of a Multi-Channel marketing strategy for the specified brands or therapy areas in the target markets. The incumbent will contribute to key digital activities that allow Vertex to communicate the brand and portfolio messages to our target audience in a customized way. The incumbent, under guidance, will contribute to building the multi-channel approach from concept to completion to ensure that Vertex communicates effectively via various channels and meets business objectives. This position will work closely with business stakeholders in the International, Global and local teams to ensure that specific needs are identified and incorporated into various digital initiatives. This individual will report to the Digital Customer Engagement Lead.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead digital initiatives within IHQ and/or target market, working closely with the Sales, Marketing and Public Affairs teams
• Support commercial leads in optimizing campaigns with digital components
• Manage current and future digital commercial channels by setting content priorities, facilitating timely deployment, and partnering with agencies to execute required tasks
• Be the first point of contact to provide support with digital channel related queries
• Lead all phases of digital production and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of digital assets and campaigns
• Help establish and deliver the brand metrics and KPIs for digital components, as well as set analytics priorities for digital tactics
• Guide the business to develop vision and strategy around digital channels and campaign/commercial components
• Build understanding of customer preferences and drive suggestions for adapting campaign elements
• Builds and prioritizes capability roadmap with clear milestones, dependencies and ensures clear lines of communication with global platform development teams
• Aligns business priority decisions with IT, cross-functional teams, and other international & global stakeholders
• Platform Product Owners to understand implications of each other’s projects, and amend roadmap accordingly
• Support with building customer engagement plans that leverage digital tactics
• Establish collaborative and productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders, including commercial leads, North American and International digital marketers, IT teams, as well as creative and digital production agencies
• Drives and gathers business requirements to meet development timelines. Proactively identifies new improvements to platforms and incorporating subject matter expertise and user feedback
• Provide feedback to commercial teams on digital brand execution, sales experience with digital platforms, and opportunities for optimization of user experience
• Oversee budget and agency execution of digital tactics and manages agency partners to ensure budget is not exceeded and timely deliverables are executed
• Acts as a mentor for team members with less experience

Knowledge and Skills:

• Experience with Pharma/ biotechnology Salesforce web products, preferably as a Product Owner
• Strong Digital execution experience in multichannel and/or omnichannel marketing
• Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to execute ‘hands on’ while being innovative and flexible
• Understanding of Web & Mobile technologies
• Experience with product roadmaps development and influencing key stakeholders for buy in on business priorities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment; focus on multi-tasking, self-prioritized workload and time-management skills
• Ability and desire to understand the product needs of the future and influence all stakeholders to prioritize them
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with proven ability to explain complex information to others
• Proven ability to work with external business partners and vendors
• Able to develop rapport and credibility with key stakeholders and comfortable leading without authority across functions and geographies
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, and manage complex projects that require collaboration across functional and geographic areas
• Experience managing or leading more junior team members
• Broad understanding of pharma regulatory rules and regulations
• Experience in pharmaceutical marketing or commercial teams, or closely related field(s) (e.g., pharmaceutical sales, ad agency, etc.)

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, scientific area, or related field Successful track record in pharma with relevant experience in a commercial pharma role (Marketing, Sales, Digital) and/or pharma consultancy , or equivalent combination of education and experience
