Zielsetzung der Funktion:

• Akquisition von strategisch ausgewählten Potential- und Neukunden im Bereich Healthcare (Long-term care & Acute Care) sowie Foodservice & Hospitality

• Präsentation und Demonstration von neuen Produkten und Anlagen
• Funnelerstellung und –Nachhaltung in Abstimmung mit den Sektoren
• Umsetzung der Unternehmensphilosophie im Bereich Verkauf und Kundenbetreuung
• Besuch von Fach-Kongressen/Events

Was Sie mitbringen:

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung und eine betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung
• Mindestens 3 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in B2B, vorzugsweise aus dem Bereich Facility Management und Erfahrungen in Neukundengewinnung
• Markt- und Branchenkenntnisse sowie Erfahrung im Bereich des Vertriebs oder Projektmanagements
• Stressresistenz und Zuverlässigkeit bei der Einhaltung von Fristen

• Contribute to and provide administrative departmental activities such as budgets, resources, and staffing needs for specified products.

• Liaise cross functionally to guide MSL support for Clinical Trials for the Therapeutic Area MSL team.

• Under direction of MSL TA Lead set strategic role for MSLs and serve as point of contact for Congresses/Medical Meetings/scientific exhibits pertinent to identified products and pipeline molecules

• Conduct briefings of key strategic MSL priorities including important metrics, impact measures, outcomes, and qualitative insights for senior management

• Assist in determining and establishing organizational structures and supervisory relationships to meet future needs of the department.

• Represent the department or Amgen as a primary internal and external contact as advised by the MSL TA Head

• Provide oversight and consistent updates to the MSL Hub and SharePoint site to ensure ready access to MSL resources to improve efficiency.

The NCAPS Center Relationship Manager plays a key role by working with NASA Center leaders to ensure alignment of priorities to solutions as NASA transition solution delivery to an enterprise model.  The selected candidate will work with CACI’s program leadership team and is responsible for identifying, managing, and resolving center identified issues and risks. 

What you’ll get to do:

• Work with NASA center leadership to drive customer satisfaction and ensure alignment with enterprise priorities.

• Develop and maintain customer relationship maps

• Develop and maintain customer satisfaction plans and processes

• Work with NASA center leadership to identify, track and manage center priorities, issues and requests

• Work with center product owners and CACI’s delivery team to align priorities to product backlogs and in PI planning events

You’ll bring these qualifications:

Amgen’s Center for Observational Research (CfOR) partners with internal and external teams to generate real-world evidence for multiple partners across the product lifecycle. The CfOR gives evidence regarding the frequency and distribution of disease or the clinical burden of disease, the natural history or clinical course of disease, the design of clinical trials, cost and utilization patterns, and the safety and efficiency of interventions.

The CfOR Manager is recognized as a strong scientific contributor and a first or contributing author for papers in peer-reviewed journals, abstracts for scientific congresses, and internal reports that improve the company’s mission.
