• Exercise technical leadership over multidisciplinary teams in design, development, integration, test, evaluation, operation, and maintenance of flight vehicle propulsion systems and associated ground operations requirements/concepts.
• Exercise engineering judgment, creativity, and technical leadership to resolve technical issues and prove/disprove the feasibility of ideas, innovations, and modifications to liquid propulsion system components and overall performance.
• Provide technical oversight to aerospace engineering studies with elements or components from related disciplines such as systems engineering, thermodynamics, heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and integrated propulsion system design and operation.
• Provide recommendations on the development and production of human-rated liquid propulsion systems while navigating dynamic and unpredictable environments with multiple variables and unknowns affecting planning, design, risk, cost, and schedule.
• Provide technical oversight to the development and design of complex aerospace liquid propulsion technology, equipment, or systems that impact major programs and result in major advancements in the state-of-the-art of broad technologies.
• Serve as point of contact for project and program offices in executing assigned responsibilities as the Center's engineering expert for development and design of complex aerospace liquid propulsion systems.
• Manage and further develop partnerships with external organizations integral to propulsion system research, development, and production (e.g., international counterparts, prime contractors, subcontractors, academia).
• Manage engineering efforts for programs/projects involving human space flight propulsion systems and vehicles, including design and operational requirements definition, hardware testing, safety, integration, flight certification, and operations.

• Design or develop electrical systems used to power or control aerospace research test facilities and associated equipment (e.g., thermal vacuum chambers, test stands, laboratories, space environment chambers, test facilities, etc.).
• Perform electrical engineering tasks associated with space simulation testing in a vacuum environment. Establish simulated space-like conditions and evaluate operational safety and environmental requirements.
• Utilize engineering expertise to develop project requirements for electrical systems, which are integrated or associated with aerospace research/test facilities and supporting infrastructure.
• Lead professional, scientific, and/or technical work concerned with engineering, projects, facilities, structures, systems, processes, equipment, devices, materials, and methods.
• Utilize engineering principles, practices, methods, and techniques to design facility modifications or equipment operations to meet changing research or test requirements.
• Participate in the screening and selection of proposed engineering test projects. Establish test conditions and analyze and validate test data.

• Serves as OPR for the Agency Performance Reviews and other DLA performance review forums,
• Serves as the Chief of Operations Research Division over a team of Data Scientists and Operations Research Analysts working to correct deficiencies or improve the performance of DLA MSC systems, processes, or operations.
• Works with and provides functional guidance to DLA Business Process Analysts and Metrics and Analysis team, DLA Headquarters, DLA Military Service Liaisons and Office of Secretary of Defense Agencies
• Leads special studies, chairs meetings, conduct briefings, and conduct coordination among all levels of management, and with key personnel in OSD, the Military Services, and with other government agencies.

• Provides full range of data science services for scientific and technical intelligence applications, including technical guidance, advisory support, and assistance. Leads a team providing expert knowledge of data science, data engineering, mathematics, statistical analysis, and modeling/simulation to apply to enterprise program level oversight.
• Leads team of Data Scientists working on complex data problems. Serves as team lead providing technical guidance, advisory support, and assistance to partners throughout NASIC, in the solving of highly complex problems. Leads projects working at various stages to include development of action plans, identification of requirements, development and presentation of briefings, data visualizations, and other applicable required project materials and documents.
• Makes technical recommendations and promotes information exchanges with NASIC leadership, and with Intelligence Community, and DoD entities. Integration of technical reports and documents that result from each project or activity. Represents the organization during visits with government and industry representatives.
• Develops and implements Data Science training programs for team and Center use. Develops NASICs data science-related training curriculum. Researches and establishes corresponding training delivery mechanisms. Works with Principal Technical Advisor to establish the training plan, curriculum focus areas, and pace of training offerings.

-Responsible for planning and accomplishing complete laboratory projects or experiments for the departmental research and teaching laboratories.
-Conceive, recommend and implement new design approaches and devises alternative ways of accomplishing objectives.
-Maintain cognizance of the operating principles as well as the setup, alignment, maintenance and operational procedures for a wide range of scientific components and subsystems.
