Responsibilities
· Analyze the marketing research of corresponding products and regions and provide supporting information for the company's business decision-making.
· Lead to plan the marketing strategy for the company and implement the marketing strategy and marketing plan.
· Develop and manage the related chemical products and regions market, complete the business objectives and tasks assigned by the company.
· Propose suggestions on business operation, marketing network construction, etc., to provide a reference for company decision-making.
· Take part in special research related to business management and solve complex problems in this field.
· Build close working relationships with respective internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the smooth operations of the entire function. Conduct market walks regularly, getting feedback from suppliers and customers, and identifying or resolving urgent issues.
· Maintain awareness of market trends in the chemical industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives, and monitoring what local competitors are doing.
· Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with working experience in related chemical trading operation management, familiar with east-south Asia chemical market, including but not limited to Methanol, propane, propylene, etc.
3. Excellent marketing planning, business negotiation, communication, and social skills.
4. Familiar with international trading of chemical products business process and skills, with abundant market resources.
