What You’ll Get to Do:
You will work as an Integrated Master Scheduler as part of a premier Department of Defense (DoD) Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) team supporting a multi-Agency DoD program. As an experienced professional in CACI's growing Business and Information Technology Solutions (BITS), the candidate will be part of a team where complex problem solving, and communication skills are critical to success. You will work closely with business stakeholders and matrixed cross functional resources in planning, scheduling, and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to ensure on-time implementation and software releases and continuing to drive process discipline within the program.
More About The Role:
Perform as an Integrated Master Scheduler to ensure all schedule activities are successfully completed and the customer is ready for cutover activities by maintaining a large-scale IMS incorporating multiple software releases and field deployments.
Perform program schedule analysis to include Metrics, Critical Path, Float, and schedule variances
Utilize Gantt, milestone charts, and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances and brief program leadership on schedule status and potential risks
Perform program schedule analysis to include Metrics, Critical Path, Float, and schedule variances
Collaborate with team leads to scope timelines, identify schedule status, and identify potential impacts to the critical path based on variance.
Collaborate across the team to identify opportunities for process improvement for schedule risk identification, performance tracking, and risk mitigation.
Support continued refinement of scheduling Standard Operating Procedures
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree. Will consider experience in lieu of degree
5 or more years of experience in scheduling or a related role
Expert knowledge of MS Project
Experience developing schedules for large-scale software deployments.
Proficient in presenting status updates to program leadership
Ability to multitask among changing priorities.
Must be able to obtain a favorable IT-II background investigation (U.S. Citizen required)
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Previous experience developing schedules for ERP implementations.
Familiarity with companion reporting tools such as Milestone Professional
Background with schedule reporting automation, including the use of Robotic Process Automation.
Prior experience in implementing schedule performance metrics.
Project Management Institute Scheduling professional certification PMI-SP
Experience blending traditional schedule management practices with Agile development methodologies.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$62,200-$130,600
