Connect Driver Solutions have exciting opportunities available for Class 1 Drivers in Wolverhampton on a temporary-to-permanent basis!
Pay rates: £13.69 per hour for first 8 hours, £15.77 per hour after 8 hours worked & £18.02 per hour for any weekends worked (rates set by client) - PAYE only
Schedule: Day shift, 6am starts, Monday to Friday (with occasional weekend work as and when required)
As a Class 1 Driver, your responsibilities will include:
- Class 1 driving operating a walking floor (experience desirable)
- Loading and moving/delivering aluminium locally
- Performing vehicle checks
The successful Class 1 Driver will have:
- A valid CAT C+E licence/LGV 1/HGV 1 licence (held for at least two years)
- A minimum of 2 years' experience on C+E vehicles
- A valid DQC and digital tacho cards
- No more than six points on your licence with no DD, CD, DR, IN or TT codes accepted
