Role: Light Vehicle Mechanic Trades Assistant
Classification: Vehicle Repair, Services and Retail Award MA000089 R1
Rate: 40,000 - 60,000 AUD/Year
Ongoing position (6 months or more full time)
Open Vacancy: 2
Work Schedule: Minimum 38hrs/week. Monday to Friday - Potential Overtime available
Approximate start date: Mid May 2024
Duties include:
- Assist to Inspect and repair vehicles, machinery, and light trucks.
- Monitor inventory.
- Assemble mechanical components, and perform repairs with supervision
- Complete all jobs to a high standard, safely, within WH&S guidelines.
- Ability to solve problems as they arise.
- Sound communication skills
- Potential to upskill through training pathways
- Enjoy a friendly team environment
