We are searching for a driven Supply Inventory Planning Analyst (Contract ends March 2025) to join our diverse team at the LEGO Group where you bring on your reporting and planning hat and support inventory management across the wide inventory network in APAC CN
Core Responsibilities:
- Extract, analyze, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness of reports
- Design and generate ad-hoc and recurring reports to meet the needs of internal stakeholders.
- Interpret and communicate insights derived from data analysis to support decision-making.
- Execute daily/weekly tasks to ensure inventory flow meet the requirements in the channel.
- Manage activities related to tactical planning, inventory control and safety stocks deployment.
- Monitor and drive performance metrics for measurement such as stock turn, service measurements.
- Support the team thru project management and system testing

The APAC CN Supply Inventory Planning Team is responsible for developing supply strategies that balance inventory goals and customer in-stock goals. This includes supporting the global S&OP processes, setting inventory policies, ensuring internal communication to partners, and providing accurate analysis of current inventory in order to develop, coordinate and motivate changes that will reduce unhealthy inventory levels and add bottom line value. The role will require a candidate with strong analytical mindset and is passionate in looking at numbers, drawing insights while being able to keep an eye on the big picture. Be a supportive team member with a can do mindset as the team collectively deliver a strategically critical project to position ourselves for the future to support a more resilience supply and distribution network.
Do you have what it takes?
- Strong academic credentials with demonstrated ability to excel in a collaborative environment
- Data presentation and analysis using data analytic tools like advanced Excel/Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience with planning system like SAP, Power BI, Excel, Kinaxis etc
