Sika Vietnam - 100% foreign owned company, a subsidiary of Sika AG, Switzerland, a leading supplier of specialty chemicals - is seeking candidates for SALES EXECUTIVE - DISTRIBUTION (NORTH) who will be responsible for creation and maintenance of sufficient quantity and quality of customer contacts and relationships to ensure achievement of the annual budget sales turnover and profitability for Distribution (pro-dealer/dealer) channel.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide written recommendations for customers.
- Train customers in the application and use of Sika products.
- Ensure good transfer of technology to Dealers and Distribution Sales Team.
- Stay connected with customers - Distribution Channel.
- Inform Line Managers of any problems that arise in the field.
- Inform Line Managers of new or competing products that appear in the field.
- Support to Distribution Channel in following up projects and activities that have been assigned to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep appropriate records and necessary reports.
- Keep confidential all company business information and documentation
- Undertake any additional responsibilities or duties assigned by National Distribution Manager & North Area Manager
