• Collaborate closely with the sales team to address customer concerns, strengthen relationships, and expand the customer base to meet sales targets.
• Collect and analyze competitor flour samples in coordination with the QA lab to drive continuous product improvements.
• Prepare and submit timely reports on market intelligence and relevant activities.
• Conduct routine visits and follow-ups as part of after-sales service and customer engagement efforts.
• Undertake studies and tasks as assigned by management to support business objectives.
• Develop in-depth technical knowledge of complementary food products, such as vegetable oils & fats, chocolate, dairy, seeds & nuts, and other baking ingredients.
• Provide technical support for complementary food products as needed.

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.

Relevant Experience:

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in technical support or technical sales, within the food industry.

Technical Skills & Professional Knowledge:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Specialized technical knowledge in a specific food ingredient category or application.
• Keen awareness of market trends and competitor activities, particularly regarding quality deviations.
