The successful BDM candidate will
Achieve new business targets.
Identify and engage new prospective customers, developing tailored solutions and strategies to close each opportunity.
Develop pricing, service, and product strategies to provide innovative solutions for customers.
Maintain and report on pipeline and closed activities.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and exceptional customer service.
Essential Skills Required for this role are
Proven experience in sales/business development in freight forwarding / International Logistics
Evidence of increased sales track record within current customer portfolio
Strong self-motivation
