About the Role

As an HGV Class 2 Driver / IPAF Operator, you’ll operate high-reach truck-mounted access equipment across various sites in the South East and London. This mobile, home-based role requires occasional visits to our depots. You’ll use your skills to deliver safe, efficient service, providing an invaluable resource to our clients.

PAYE rates After 12 weeks (Parity) for the role of HGV Class 1 driver are as follows:
- Mornings (04:00 - 09.59) - £23.22 per hour
- Days (10:00 - 15.59) - £24.10 per hour
- Nights (16:00 - 03.59) - £24.97 per hour
- Overtime Mornings (04:00-9:59) - £34.83 per hour
- Overtime Days (10:00-15:59) - £36.15 per hour
- Overtime Nights (16:00-03:59) - £37.46 per hour

We are delighted to offer full time regular ongoing work and shifts are available on all start times across 7 days a week. Every shift is a minimum pay of 8 hours guaranteed but usual shift length is be-tween 10 and 12 hours. Assessments are available immediately and if successful, induction day paid. Over-time is after 180 hours worked across a 4-week period. Regular weekend work is available too.

Your Time at Work
As an Class 1 driver, the work will involve HGV Class 1 Supermarket Deliveries to store locations throughout the South East, ensuring health and safety is followed at all times. The site operates all year round and will provide each driver with long term regular assignments, regular shift patterns with additional weekend or ad hoc shifts to suit. In return for your commitment we can offer shifts and start times that suit you and your work / life balance.

Part time HGV 1 drivers are also welcome to apply, as we have many ad hoc shifts available.

Our Perfect Worker
As an experienced LGV1 driver, you will ideally have -
- 12 months HGV driving experience
- Have drove an artic for at least 180 days in the last 24 months
- No more than 6 points
- Digi card and DCPC

Due to a large expansion our client is recruiting Class 2 drivers for their new impressive Depot in Dartford.

This job is physically demanding, involves delivering furniture although all vehicles are double manned.

A Home Delivery Driver is responsible for ensuring the delivery of goods to our customer's homes. Deliveries are to be made within the agreed time window and delivered free from damage.

Drivers are accountable to the highest standard of customer service and are expected to actively encourage positive customer feedback. Drivers are also accountable to the highest driving standards as representatives of the Clients brand values.

Accountability;

• Responsible for delivering differing sizes and weights of packages to homes in perfect condition.
• Delivering to the customers rooms of choice.
• Ensure the customer receives their delivery within the allotted time window.
• Ensures delivery to correct address.
• Give excellent customer service.
• Polite and courteous at all times to customers and road users.
• Actively encourage customers to give positive feedback via Happy Customer score.
• Ensure you complete legal daily vehicle checks prior to driving ensuring vehicle does not have any PG9 defects.
• Drive safely, responsibly and within the law.
• Ensures your allocated vehicle is clean.
• Ensure tachograph laws and regulations are followed at all times.
• Maintains communication with customers, giving updates on time windows and potential delays.
• Practices correct manual handling of all packages.
• Maintain excellent health & safety practices.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Multidrop Delivery Driverwith6 months of experience in parcel distribution or multi-drop deliveriesto join a well-establishedcourier and logistics services provider. This full-time role offers excellent benefits and salary of£17.50 per hour.Start Time: Between 7am - 8amuntil the job is done.

As aMultidrop Delivery Driver,you will collect and deliver parcels to residential, business, and commercial locations within the DApostcode area.

You will be responsible for:

- Manage the delivery of 60-80 parcels daily, ensuring prompt and secure service.

- Perform manual handling of parcels weighing up to 30 kg.

What we are looking for:

- Previously worked as aCourier Driver, Multidrop driver, Delivery Driveror in a similar role.

- At least6 months of experience in parcel distribution or multi-drop deliveries.

- Must have your own safety boots and hi-viz jacket.

- Valid UK driving license no more than 6 points (no DR or IN).

- A valid DBS check (can be arranged by you or deducted from your first week's wages).

- Prepared for a thorough security clearance check, which may take 2-3 working days.

Pay rates under the PAYE Umbrella scheme:

- £17.50 per hour
