Main task:
To penetrate and taking responsible for the turnover in Automotive OES market field with aligned to overall Sika policy and Thailand law. To ensure a cost optimized and customer-oriented sales performance of a defined customer group as well as achievement of set turnover and margin targets for the same.
Duties and Responsible:
- Business Development
To implement the sales strategy for the Automotive OES segment for all Sika products in line with overall strategy of Sika company in cooperation with superior. To identify market potentials and ensure the growth of business for all Sika products. To intensify and realize customer relationship management in order to achieve a high market penetration. Responsible for business continuity, operational sustainability and continuous improvement for revenue and gains of the defined customer group
- Sales and Key Account Management
To fulfill customer requirements, to negotiate orders and contracts within the given guidelines as well as coordinating customer inquiries in cooperation with other departments (Finance, Marketing, Logistic, Product Management, etc.) and to ensure a regular follow up. To assure customer care for all products and proposal of respective changes to superior if required. To personally socialize with customers and take care personally of defined key accounts.
- Planning and Reporting
To support a proper sales planning for all product segments, adequate market pricing and competitor’s commercial position to the defined customer group in cooperation with superior. To ensure regular reporting and market feedback
- New project management
To manage the new project with customer prospect in define customer group and meet the set timeframe of the project and making sure to share related information and discuss with superior intensively to come up with strategy to win over handle projects.
- Compliance and Code of conduct
To ensure all sales activities are comply with Compliance and Code of Conduct accordance to Sika Group Directives.
