Your Challenges

• Generate KPI’s to support the Supply Chain Operations team, ensuring complete data transparency and integrity

• Regularly report KPI’s in the relevant meetings and routine governances

• Document, follow, organize and manage all non-conformities throughout the flowline/flightline process. Drive closure of issues in collaboration with all relevant parties to ensure production milestones are met.

• Prepare and conduct FOT meeting, ensuring on-time closure of all folio points and non-conformities. Prepare Aircraft Documentation for the Internal Quality Gates and lead meetings to ensure aircraft status is known by the receiving station. Perform inflow analysis (ex Non Conformities, work orders, QLB, TLB...) and new points' distribution. Guarantees that all information in "Aircraft Progress" concerning the FAL are in accordance with the physical state of the subject aircraft.

• Responsible for aircraft issue follow-up addressing progress in a proactive manner, anticipating issues, and driving resolution to avoid production risks. Generate the daily MSN Report (folio point's analysis) and highlight priority topics.

• Responsible for Working Party planning when necessary to solve major issues on aircraft.

• Record information in "Aircraft Progress" and define daily priorities with the Station Managers.

• Cooperate in national/international projects.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Required: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. In lieu of degree, training as a technician in a technical field related to aviation manufacturing.

Job Description:

Based on the West Coast of KSA and as part of our Program at Yanbu, Parsons is looking to hire a dedicated and focused Principal Scheduler to join our team! In this role you will get to manage and direct the assigned project(s) in such a manner as to assure its on-schedule completion within or below the established approved budget.

What You'll Be Doing:

Responsible for planning, scheduling, progress forecasting and project coordination. Performs a major role reporting contractual responsibilities of RC Contractors planning, scheduling and progress performance. Monitors, and advises Projects Department management in planning, scheduling and reporting matters — collecting, evaluating and forecasting data as requested.

Reports directly to Lead Project Controls Engineer (Scheduling). A close relationship is maintained with Manager, Projects Management Department, Project Managers, Project Planners/Schedulers, Estimators, Project Engineers.

External Contacts include Clients, suppliers, subcontractors, Government agencies, as necessary.

• Develops and monitors project schedules, depicts the sequence of events, dependencies, and interfaces with other projects to clearly illustrate the strategy of the program to meet the requirements of the Projects Department Responsibility Assignment Matrix (RAM).

• Develops major milestone activities from the project schedules or Projects Department RAM to monitor the operation of the work and the inter-relationship with milestones for design, engineering, and procurement.

Minimum Clearance Required to Start:

PRIMARY FUNCTION

The Aircraft Mechanic II C-26 performs the full range of FAA A&P based aircraft maintenance and maintains repairs and modifies aircraft Avionics and Electrical system components of moderate difficulty. Performs all scheduled and unscheduled Avionics/Electrical system aircraft maintenance, preflight and post flight inspections, installs navigation and communication modifications. Troubleshoots and repairs anomalies and assist electrical engineers with solutions to STC based modifications due to aircraft variances or tolerances.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Remove and install aircraft avionics/electrical subsystem assemblies and assist maintenance personnel with components such as engines, seats , flight controls, panels, wings, windows etc as required.

• Safely prepare aircraft for inspections and maintenance checks and services.

• Perform scheduled inspections and special inspections.

• Perform limited maintenance operational checks and diagnoses and troubleshoots aircraft systems using special tools and test equipment as required.

• Use and perform operator maintenance on tools, special tools and aircraft ground support equipment.

• Apply comprehensive technical expertise to solve moderate to complex problems by interpreting technical documentation such as aircraft Technical Manuals, Maintenance Information, Service Bulletins, and Action Messages and all technical guidance provided.

• Assist maintenance with Installs and repair to aircraft components including but not limited to flight controls, engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, fuel systems, and mechanical components.

• Apply technical knowledge of airframe and power plant systems in determining equipment malfunctions and use required expertise in restoring equipment condition and or operation.

• Participate in maintenance test flights and operational checks as required.

• Make entries in aircraft logs and records.

• Provide guidance and technical expertise to engineers and technicians throughout all aircraft modifications and/or maintenance efforts.

• Comply with the FAA regulations as applicable.

• Ensure aircraft discrepancies are properly recorded in accordance with approved maintenance procedures and within the terms of the contract.

• Must have a personal toolbox with basic hand tools. List will be provided.

• Perform other duties as requested.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

• Reads and interprets manufacturers’ manuals, service bulletins, and other specifications to determine feasibility and method for repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components. 

• Comply with written Customer and company maintenance and logistics procedures and policies.

• Read and interpret wiring diagrams for troubleshooting of avionics/electrical systems.

• Perform aircraft recovery missions as necessary.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, EXCEL, Power Point, Outlook).

• Thorough knowledge of aircraft avionics/electrical component troubleshooting, repair procedures, and replacement of parts.

• Thorough of electrical theory and a thorough knowledge of aircraft unique tools such as test equipment, torque wrenches, dial indicators, micrometers, multi meter etc.

• Able to prioritize workloads to maintain schedules on assigned projects and may be required to lead teams through scheduled, unscheduled, and troubleshooting aircraft relevant tasks.

• Participate in maintenance test flights and operation checks as required.

• Must be able to climb stairs, ramps, ladders, and work stands, working at heights with fall protection devices.

• Must be able to crouch, crawl, grasp or handle objects, use finger dexterity, bend elbow/knee and reach above/below shoulders.

Airbus Americas Customer Service is looking for a Working Party Aircraft Structure Expert to join our Working Party Resources department based in Mobile, AL.

Working Party Structure Expert for the Airbus Working Party perimeter is within the Customer Services and Support function. This position performs “on-aircraft” complex repair and complex modification projects on all AIRBUS fleet worldwide within the Sheet Metal and Structural standard processes for Airlines and Maintenance Repair Organizations (MRO) outside their operating scope of work, technical ability and expertise, including but not limited to incidental and fleet wide repairs.

Meet the team:

The Customer Support team provides aircraft operations support throughout the aircraft's operational life. The team coordinates, implements and monitors all services customized to meet the customer’s specific needs, to ensure a positive customer relationship. Our Field Service teams provide technical support so our customers can operate safely and efficiently. Being based at our customers' facilities enables us to have a strong customer relationship and understanding of the airline's technical and operational needs.

Your working environment:

The Engineering Center in Mobile, Alabama houses hundreds of Airbus engineers who assist in the design and development of Airbus commercial aircraft cabins, including aftermarket upgrades, reconfigurations and services of all product types across the globe.

Your challenges:

• Perform “on-aircraft” major and complex structural repair projects on all AIRBUS fleet within the sheet metal & structural standard processes for Airlines and MRO through Working Parties such as: Skin panels replacement, Complex sheet metal repair layouts and repairs on seat tracks, floor beams and skin doublers; perform complex repairs requiring substantial disassembly such as wing spar and keel beam repairs fabricate clips, doublers, angles and brackets; corrosion removal and damage evaluation; identify damage limits and repairs; working knowledge of Roto Peen and Cold Working procedures. (70%)

• Provide on-site technical assistance (Advisory) for scheduled or unscheduled (AOG) maintenance/repair activities in order to support, guide and assist customers taking advantage of Airbus’s recognized and extensive expertise on all Airbus variants and legacy aircrafts.  (10%)

• Composite skillset: able to perform structural Repairs & Modifications

Additional Responsibilities:   

• Support all Airbus programs & the Final Assembly Line activities in Mobile, AL when not on Working Party assignment
• Contribute to the development of the Working Party activities and the growth of the US Fleet & Engineering organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Your boarding pass:

• FAA Airframe & Powerplant Certificate and/or EASA Part 66 B1 would be a plus.
• Type training or equivalent experience on the AIRBUS aircraft family. Additional experience on A300/A310 would be a plus.
• 5 to 10 years minimum experience aviation in a repair environment PART 145 (MRO) under: FAA/EASA/TCCA Regulations.
• > 15 years of experience in the Aeronautical field.
• Solid experience in structure repair.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing to teams and business partners worldwide.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with multidisciplinary teams in various locations.
• Knowledge of Airbus manuals as available in Airn@vX: AMM, IPC, SRM, TSM…

Education:

• A&P license would be a plus

Position Summary

Sorts and handles freight in and out of over-the-road equipment, containers, city trailers, and straight trucks. Operates forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload freight.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

• Loads and unloads trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment in compliance with state, federal, and Department of Transportation regulations.
• Operates dock tools to ensure freight is loaded securely and properly, including maintaining straps, bars, air bags, cardboard, and dunnage.
• Loads, recoups, rewraps, and stacks freight as needed.
• Verifies shipments by reading labels and correctly securing freight for both loading and unloading trailers.
• Follows established bill and quality control procedures to ensure timely, claims-free, and cost-efficient shipments.
• Logs, reports, and processes any shortages and damages to freight.
• Promotes and maintains a safe and clean work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Warehouse, freight, dock, forklift, or pallet jack experience.
• Forklift certification or hazmat training.
• Ability to lift and move objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights.

Primary Responsibilities

As an essential part of our dynamic team developing advanced electrical and computer solutions for projects primarily related to missile and aircraft systems. You will design, fabricate, analyze, and integrate hardware, firmware, and software solutions that will successfully address a wide variety of customer challenges.

You will also test and troubleshoot hardware, firmware, and software in both lab and field environments.

Design electrical and/or software architectures and integrated systems for real-time, mission-critical systems that include flight systems, sensors, ground vehicles, and space hardware.

 In addition, you will collaborate and communicate with project managers, customers, and team members to determine and develop hardware and software requirements. You will a contributor to system hardware and software architecture decisions based on customer performance requirements, schedule, and cost constraints (including build vs. buy trades).

-Support task execution including electrical system design, avionics design, payload integration, space hardware design, hardware-in-the-loop simulation, usage of electrical test equipment, system debugging, and systems engineering.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or computer engineering from an ABET accredited institution with a minimum of 2 years of experience. 

Must have excellent communication skills and, demonstrate capabilities in one or more of the following areas:

Electrical system design Electrical circuit design and simulation Hardware and software interface design and integration C/C++ software development Troubleshooting/debugging hardware/software in a lab and/or field environment

Must be a US citizen and be in or willing to relocate to the Huntsville area. 

Preferred Qualifications

-Parts selection, electrical schematic capture, and wiring harness design experience.

-Understanding of PC board layout design and SMT manufacturing experience.

-Sensor instrumentation experience (acceleration, velocity, position, pressure).

-Radio communication links and GPS/INS systems.

-Hardware/software/firmware interface design and documentation.

-Rapid prototyping, integration, and test experience

-Enjoys collaborating in fabrication and assembly processes.

-Mechatronics / robotic experience, including Radio Controlled (R/C) aircraft, unmanned aircraft systems (UAS), or missile systems.

-Requirements-based design and test planning.

-Technical leadership.

Candidates with previous experience working in a team environment are preferred.

Candidates with DoD experience is preferred, especially in the areas of manned or unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) and/or missile systems.
