As the preferred supplier to our client, we are recruiting for Delivery Drivers (Cat B) for their Distribution Operation in Newport so now it's an exciting time to be part of our clients brand.

The role:

Working as part of a 2 Person Delivery team making multi-drop deliveries around the South Wales area, you will deliver solid pre-built furniture to customer's properties, leaving the product in the customer's Room of Choice.

Shift Pattern: 12:00 - 20:00, Monday to Friday.

As a Delivery Driver (Cat B) Driver, our client offers:
*£12.05 per hour PAYE.
*£14.75 per hour UMBRELLA PAYE.

Pay - £18.00 per hour PAYE

Start times - 16:00 - 18:00 daily (Monday to Friday)

Shift Length - 10-12 hours

Job Role:
* HGV Class 1 night driver
* Trunk runs
* Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately, with attention to detail
* Keeping the vehicle clean, tidy and well cared for, so it is ready to be used the next day
* Must be well presented and customer focused

As an HGV Class 1 Driver (Cat CE), our client offers:
* Minimum 8 hours pay guaranteed per day
* Ongoing work - Temp to perm options

Start times - 0430 - 0600 daily (Monday to Friday - no weekends)

Job Role:
* HGV Class 1 Tramper driver
* Using a wagon with curtainside trailer
* Collection and delivery
* Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately, with attention to detail
* Keeping the vehicle clean, tidy and well cared for
* Must be well presented and customer focused

* £149 to £200 per day - Self Employed - (Fully paid training days).
* Fully Expensed Van.
* 9 hour planned Delivery Route.
* Paid Training Days - Weekly Pay.
* Full induction and training with a supportive team once your on the road.
* Free car parking.

What will the role involve?

* You will be delivering packages across a planned route to an approved timescale.
* Loading and unloading parcels from your van (must be able to lift a minimum of 23kg).
* Driving a company van.
* Full training and induction will be provided and you'll work with a supportive team (Fully paid training days).

What are we looking for?

* You will need a UK or EU Driving Licence - 12 months+.
* You must have no more than 6 penalty points on your licence.
* Must be over the age of 21
* Hard-working, motivated and great at working in a fast-paced environment.
* A good understanding of the local area would be an advantage.
