We have an exciting 12 month opportunity to help the Warhammer Marketing team deliver great content to our eager fans.
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-driven Scheduler to join our team. As part of the scheduling team, you'll be responsible for managing the schedule and ensuring that all campaigns are executed on time and within budget. This means coordinating resources across various teams, including writers, designers, editors, video producers, artists and external contributors to ensure everything we make is delivered to plan. Additionally, you will produce daily reports to support demand planning.
In this role you'll create, maintain and communicate an accurate and achievable schedule. You'll support the team by providing insights into capacity and workflow so they can make the best decisions. As situations evolve, you will update the plan and inform the team appropriately. You will continuously look for ways to innovate and improve our processes to ensure operations run more smoothly.
To be successful, you will need to remain calm under pressure, communicate clearly with colleagues at all levels to ensure timely delivery of results, and have experience in a similar planning or scheduling role.
If you would enjoy the challenge of dealing with the ever-changing nature of marketing, the need to respond quickly to sudden changes to priorities, whilst making sure nothing gets missed, then we want to hear from you!
