Quality Control Inspector
Job Description
Your Role:
- Inspect and verify product at various levels of completion according to inspection plan.
- Document inspection data in a clear and legible fashion.
- Control non-conforming product through the process until material is caged.
- Control documentation and retains per work instructions.
- Label product with acceptance labeling once product is deemed acceptable to be released.
- Assist to answer questions related to the product inspection.
- Work with other departments to resolve routine issues found during inspection tasks.
- Following policies, work instructions and procedures.
- Perform non-routine projects as assigned by management
You're the right fit if:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year of QC experience required
- Ability to read product specifications, and follow inspection procedures
- Proven ability in use of computer tools – databases, Microsoft tools
- Ability to communicate effectively internally and externally
- Strong leadership capabilities – needs to be able to drive change
- Quick decision making ability

Philips Transparency Details
The hourly pay range for this position is $17.20 to $26.35, plus overtime eligible. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
