Senior Sales Compensation Analyst, (Minneapolis, Nashville, or Colorado Springs)
Job Description
In this role, you will support the Philips’ IGT (Image-Guided Therapy) Commercial Operations Compensation Design team with design of sales compensation plans, incentive programs, territory alignments and quota methodology. The role requires supporting consistency, data quality, and will build effective metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the sales compensation plans.
Your role:
- Provide support in design and creation of sales compensation plans and incentive programs to drive strategic initiatives and support company objectives, create compensation models, sensitivity analysis and conduct statistical analysis including regression analysis
- Drive the development of sales compensation communication materials for the multiple sales groups and build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics and monitor the integrity and validity of the sales compensation plans
- Perform analysis to optimize the territorial expansions and alignments across multiple sales groups
- Be part of the IGT-D (Image-Guided Therapy Devices) Commercial Operations Design team who will directly report to the Senior Manager, Commercial Operations Design.

- You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in sales compensation, sales operations, sales analytics or sales enablement
- Your skills include…
- Excellent analytical, project management and problem-solving skills,
- Familiarity with sales alignment, territory planning, reporting and analytics
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues and ideas
- You have a Bachelor's degree (business related discipline preferred). MBA preferred.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Office/Remote position.
- You’re a self-starter who loves taking initiative and proactively provide suggestions to streamline and improve processes, you’re experienced working and communicating with large sales teams and relevant stakeholders, you have an ability to influence and collaborate with the management team, and a strong sense of urgency and ability to meet commitments
