Brown & Brown Insurance is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their team in Naples, Florida.
Primary Objectives & Summary: The CL Account Manager is responsible for servicing new and existing clients and helping to maintain positive client relationships for Commercial Lines accounts, providing high quality of service with a focus on the profitability of the business to the agency.

Essential Duties include the following:
- Review renewal list of policies expiring in the prescribed time frames to determine appropriate actions
- Rate and prepare quotations when necessary
- Prepare Proposals for presentation by producers
- Mail binders and ID cards to insureds
- Mail, fax or email application to company and suspend for receipt of policy
- Handle client telephone and mail requests for information, endorsements, cancellations, and other services as required
- Request endorsements as required
- Assist with accounts receivable control
- Document all conversations with insured and/or other interested parties
- Complete policy rewrites when necessary
- Have knowledge and abide by the underwriting guidelines and binding authority guidelines of each company
- Send Insurance Coverage Review form or Small Business Questionnaire to be insured with letter as required and attach in Image Right
- Maintain and update the AMS 360 database timely and accurately
- Inform company and client of errors in policies or endorsements
- Maintain knowledge of current legal and social conditions that may impact adequacy of policy coverage and limits
- Maintain current state license
- Attend appropriate classes and seminars
- Sit for examinations as required
- Setup and maintain agency files as required
- Ensure that actions protect the agency from claims of liability for errors or omissions and that all tasks are professionally performed
- Perform other assignments or duties as required

Job Requirements:
- Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty license
- Knowledge of customer service functions such as rating, marketing, claims handling and coverage information
- Strong commitment to service for the agency's clients
- Effective written and verbal communications skills
- Effective and efficient use of computer and related equipment
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to respond to requests effectively and efficiently
- Industry designations are promoted and funded by the agency
