• Create statements of work for laboratory and equipment contract and subcontract needs, working with the government customer and contract teams leads to determine appropriate needs

• Communicate with vendors for maintenance and repair of laboratory equipment, and ensure all agreements and procurement of services is requested through the government and Leidos approved procedures

• Determine required supplies, equipment, and maintenance contracts, route for approval from government and Leidos

• Serve as a Purchase Card holder to make purchases for department and directorate

• Serve as a Purchase Requestor and Goods Recipient as needed for purchases

• Serve as a Technical Point-of-Contact for laboratory and equipment related subcontracts and purchase orders

• Serve as a custodian for equipment and supplies

• Serve as a Building Monitor, working with the government customer to ensure laboratory spaces are meeting federal requirements; attend building walk-throughs with government staff

The Leidos National Security Sector currently has a position for a SIGINT Requirements Manager located at Joint Base Langley Eustis (JBLE) VA. This position is part of a large Military Intelligence Program supporting the USAF Air Combat Command’s (ACC) ISR mission.

Applicant will provide SIGINT SME support to senior leaders in generating, reviewing, prioritizing, and validating new and existing DCGS SIGINT requirements. The applicant will help orchestrate 480 ISRW SME and Group efforts to conduct SIGINT capability gap analysis, assess data frameworks, and validate associated accesses required to execute AF DCGS SIGINT mission. Applicant will work with MAJCOM, 480 ISRW Staff, and groups to help integrate new baseline technology, sensors, and data sources that drive desired operational capabilities. The SSO will perform the full range of security duties and assignments in support ACC Wing SCI security programs and will assist in the operation of the special security office and help to administer the SCI security program to include providing SCI security guidance for other local/tenant SCIFs.  The candidate will interpret Director of National Intelligence, Defense Intelligence Agency and DoD directives and provide technical advice and guidance on SCI personnel, physical and information security standards.

This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience managing the design, build and test of Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR) payloads where Leidos is transforming the payload solutions for the future. As a Space Payload Program Manager, you’ll directly support the division by leading a talented team through an aggressive schedule to achieve program objectives, including frequent customer interface.
