What You'll Get to Do:

You will serve as a technical expert in areas relevant to the project. Must be capable of demonstrating experience in conducting analysis and developing solutions.  Produces and reviews technical documentation reflecting detailed knowledge of specific technical area. Recommends measures to address capability gaps, improve methods, processes, performance, and quality of product or service, and suggests changes to increase efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

8 years of direct relevant technical experience may be substituted for education.  Requires at least two years' experience working within HR, facilities management, career development, supply management, process improvement.

CACI is seeking a Web Developer with full-stack development experience.   The role is responsible for designing, coding and modifying Enterprise Web Application, from layout to function and according to a client's specifications. Ideal candidate will strive to create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation. We are seeking developers who can change direction rapidly, utilize flexible thought processes, and can work in a close-knit team environment to produce the high quality product that our customers expect. as technical knowledge of procedures and processes required to support activity. More About the Role:

• Develops software components that require knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming and related technologies.

• Code, test, and debug existing programs and programs in development.

• Assist in preparing documentation of software design.

• Participate in knowledge sharing activities with colleagues

• Work closely with other developers from the beginning of a product life-cycle to its release.

• Support requirement analysis, Web development, and software integration :Perform studies and analyses, provides advisory services, and develops recommendations and proposals in the area of  web technology

• Evaluate and integrate Government and Commercial WEB based off-the shelf (GOTS/COTS) applications to satisfy user requirements

• Follow formal Web development methodologies adhering to design specification, design techniques, standards and established development guidelines

• Develop, test, and maintain technical Web documentation to assist in application maintenance and deployment

• Assist with the preparation of user and administrator documentation

• Perform studies and analyses, provides advisory services, and develops recommendations and proposals in the area of web technology

• Adhere and support  AGILE process based development.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

• Must have BA/BS

• Must possess 3+ years of development experience with web development and any scripting language (Perl, Python, Ruby)

• Must possess active TS/SCI clearance

• Must possess current 8570 IAT Level II Certification such as Security+ CE

• Experience with Web Applications and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and API's.

• Knowledge or hands on design experience with Web Services (REST, SOAP, etc...) is needed to be successful in this position.

• Understands security principles and how they apply to enterprise applications.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

• Experience working with web application development in a Linux environment

• Experience developing web application with Perl

• Working experience using Maven, GIT, and Nexus

• Experience working in AWS including S3, EC2, RDS, etc.

• Experience with any of the following:  Apache HTTPd, CSS, MySQL, Postgresql/postgis, XSLT, Geoserver, REST, SOAP

The proposed salary range for this position is:

CACI is seeking a Junior Software Developer for a summer internship opportunity in their Ft. Belvoir, VA location. The position will be hybrid with a minimum of 2 days a week onsite. The core hours for this position are 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.

What You’ll Get to Do:

• Perform software development in the creation of analytics.

• Writing custom queries and code.

• Developing metrics and advising on system integrations.

• Code custom applications and plugins.

• Complete toolset integration.

• Work with other System Engineers and Software Developers to perform Data Science activities.

• Analyze existing data to develop metrics and trends.

• From results, propose and approve analytics to enhance knowledge and capture value of data.

• Design, develop, and test approved analytics, advise on integration with enterprise systems, and develop metrics for R&D Efforts.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

• US Citizenship is required to obtain Interim Secret/Secret Clearance

• Security+ Certification (within 6 months of hire).  

• Progress or completion of a bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science or related field.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

• Experience with open source and enterprise data science, collection, database, and dissemination systems like Kibana and Python in a data analytic environment.

• Experience supporting an operational environment to include management of customer and mission needs and balancing those needs with software deployments.

• Working knowledge of Cyber activities to include networks and the associated technologies including routers, firewalls and cross-domain solutions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience giving briefings.

• Working knowledge of the major data repositories.

• Experience with the support of operational systems including managing customer and developer relationships.

• Participation in technical trade studies to support operational decisions.

• Willingness to engage in continuous learning/training opportunities.

• Programming experience including HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, Ajax, SQL, NoSQL, Java, C/C++, Python.

• A working knowledge of Windows, and Linux operating systems.

• Programming experience with parallel processing using Graphics Processor Unit(GPU).

• Software development on embedded systems.

• Ability to work in a team focused, dynamic environment.

• Must be flexible, independent, and self-motivated.

• Must be punctual with regular and consistent attendance.
