CACI is seeking a cleared Cyber Senior Network Engineer with a program management background. This role will support the DCI Branch at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.

**** 3 days onsite and 2 days remote *****

What You’ll Get to Do:

• Maintain computer networks including mainframes, VPNs, routers and other physical hardware.

• Install and configure network equipment.

• Create firewalls and update virus protection software and data security systems to keep data and communications protected.

• Monitor computer systems to improve network performance for all systems.

• Troubleshoot, resolve, and communicate networking issues to other employees and management.

• Implement disaster recovery procedures.

• Maintain current knowledge and understanding of security and networking best practices to offer the best solutions and protection to company systems.

More About the Role:

• Use Packet Analysis Tools.

• Analyze Network Protocols and Troubleshoot Networking Issues.

• Build Systems that Ingest and Process Cybersecurity Related Logs.

• Work in a Linux Environment on Closed Restricted Networks.

• Work in an ESXi/vCenter Server Infrastructure Environment.

• Utilize Virtual Machines.

• Configure Systems with Certificates and Use OpenSSL.

• Leverage Automation and Configuration Management Tools Such as Jenkins, Ansible & GitLab CD.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

• An active DoD Secret clearance.

• BA/BS or Equivalent Experience.

• 6 Years+ Relevant Work Experience.

• Senior Level Proficiency with One or More Networking Analysis Tools.

• Senior Level Understanding of Computer Networking.

• Proficiency with the Linux Command Line, Utilities and Shell Scripting.

• Proficiency with the Windows Command Line, Utilities and PowerShell Scripting.

• Public Key Cryptography and Certificate Knowledge.

Experience:

• Conducted research, configuration and maintenance; improved system performance; implemented security and optimization on organization's systems including and not limited to: phones, computers, routers, switches, intranet and extranet.

• Planned, designed and tailored technical specifications of micro-segmentation strategies that enhanced an organizations zero trust posture.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

• Experience with Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.

• Knowledge of Modern Devops Practices.

• Experience in Developing Applications.

• Moderate experience with Modern Version Control Systems (Github/Gitlab).

• Security and/or Networking Certifications.

CACI is seeking an Electrical Engineer to provide support to the C5ISR Center at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD.

What You’ll Get to Do:

• Assist in engineering discipline activities for conducting electronic system, subsystem and component level characterization, reverse engineering, and replication.
• Provide hands-on physical, operational, and signals characterization of custom, commercial off the shelf (COTS), and hybrid custom/COTS circuits.
• Provide hands-on technical forensic exploitation (TFE) support for technical intelligence (TECHINT), media exploitation (MEDEX), cell phone exploitation (CELLEX), electronic exploitation (ELEX), and other unique exploitation missions.
• Prepare technical reports, briefs, operational diagrams, and schematics based on device characterization and analysis requirements.
• Identify trends and evolutions in commercial based technology (CBT) equipment and utilization.

Required Qualifications:

• Active Top-Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain SCI.
• MA/MS and 10yrs experience or BA/BS in Electrical Engineering and 18 years of experience
• Experience in electronic schematic generation and printed circuit board (PCB) layout. 
• Solid background in practical electronics and/or RF theory.   
• Basic understanding of RF communications, with emphasis on characterization of electronic circuits. 
• Experience conducting time and frequency domain measurements using benchtop equipment, to include signal generators, arbitrary waveform generators, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, protocol analysis tools, and other equipment. 
• Experience performing standard RF measurements (e.g., operating frequency, occupied bandwidth, average power, pulse width, etc.) using the previously listed test equipment.
• Experience with soldering and re-working electronic circuit boards and components (e.g. through-hole, surface mount, cable assemblies, wire harnesses).

Desired Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

• Experience in reverse engineering electronic circuit boards and components.
• Basic MATLAB (and other basic programming / scripting) skills. Should be able to apply digital processing techniques to communication signals. Techniques may include digital filtering, sample rate conversion, frequency/phase estimation, modulation, demodulation, carrier recovery, timing recovery, channel equalization, pulse shaping, and forward error correction.
• Experience working with microcontrollers and embedded systems such as Arduino and writing custom programs to configure and control COTS devices such as transceiver system on chip (SoC) and other programmable devices.
