As the Senior Infrastructure Manager you will lead and oversee a team of eight administrators and engineers who are responsible for managing and maintaining the entire JWICS datacenter infrastructure for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) in Fort Meade, Maryland.

What You will Get To Do:

The Program Manager shall be responsible for the successful cost, schedule, and performance of a $200M contract. Serves as the main point of contact for the Contracting Officer (CO), the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), the Government Program Manager, and the Contractor’s senior management. The proposed salary range for this position is:

CACI is seeking a Business Operations Manager to support our CryptoMod Branch located at the C5ISR Center in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.

What You'll Get to Do:

• Manage a team of multiple separate teams within the Program Management Office and directly interface with the customer senior leadership at the division level.

• Oversee the execution, tracking, and reporting of all business processes such as Procurement and Travel reports, contract deliverables and OCONUS deployments.

• Supervise the program's day-to-day business operations and provide operational oversight and direction for a team.

• Develop effective working relationships with the government customer by taking a programmatic approach to their opportunities/issues/concerns in order to quickly and proactively identify and resolve requirements/concerns to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and long-term program success.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

• An active DoD Secret Security Clearance.

• Five years of experience with DoD programs and services inclusive of financial management.

• BA/BS and minimum 5 years of related work experience or MA/MS and minimum 3 years of related work experience.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

• Previous experience providing technical support for the C5ISR customer organization

• Personnel Management experience with leading 3 or more employees

• Experience working in the Synchronized Pre-Deployment and Operational Tracker (SPOT) system and creating Letters of Authorization (LOAs)

• Experience working with the Aircraft and Personnel Automated Clearance System (APACS)

• PMP Certification

The proposed salary range for this position is:

As a Collection Manager you will identify appropriate collection access points, methods, and/or plans necessary to exploit target networks and to satisfy specific collection requirements. The Collection Manager will also develop, plan, and coordinate the deployment of collection systems while validating, coordinating, issuing, adjusting, and terminating collection tasking.

To succeed in this position; you need to have collection management experience in signals intelligence (SIGINT) collection and analysis.

What You’ll Get to Do:

• Provide support for dataflow management requests and support teams

• Review requests for completeness and accuracy, as applicable to new data-flows or changes to existing

• Contribute to a decreasing backlog of submitted requests as well as maintaining and improving completion rates

• Work with the appropriate colleagues to refine requirements for mission management tools designed to enhance and improve work center processes

• Attend meetings and provide clarity for proposed system improvements

• Oversee the organization, maintenance, and accessibility of diverse data sets within a specified collection

• Implement efficient data management processes, ensuring data quality and integrity, and facilitating seamless retrieval and analysis of information

• Employ strategic data management practices, Collection Data Managers contribute to the optimization of data resources for informed decision-making and research purposes
   

You’ll bring these qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance

• Minimum of a high school diploma + 9 years’ SIGINT Collection Manager experience + military or customer-specific training.

• Degrees reduce the amount of required operational experience.

• Labor category determined by years of operational experience and education level.
