Senior Support Engineer II: Hybrid position; must work at least 2 days per week in the office and as needed
As a Senior Support Engineer II, support Shipping and Warehouse management solution alongside Operations and Engineering. Research and incorporate new technologies into new and existing frameworks and solutions. Coordinate with teams to analyze/assist in resolutions for production issues. Proactively coordinate with engineering teams for pro-active solutions to ongoing issues that affect the productivity and or availability of technical solutions needed by our warehouse shipping businesses. This is a hybrid role; at least 2 days in office per week and as needed. Occasional travel to the warehouse processing facilities is required.
Must possess at least a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Computer Science, MIS or a related field, and at least 6 years of progressive experience as a Technical or Support/Software Engineer or in a related role. Must also possess at least 4 years of experience working with MS-SQL database and complex queries; at least 3 years of experience using data analysis tools such as Excel and/or Power BI; at least 3 years of experience using Python/Power Shell or another scripting language; at least 3 years of specific experience in a warehouse shipping environment; at least 2 years of experience using monitoring tools like Sumo Logic, Site 24*7 and/or New Relic; at least 2 years of experience testing and troubleshooting API’s using open-source tools like PostMan; at least 2 years of experience using TCP/IP networking concepts including troubleshooting and debugging; and at least 2 years of Data Science experience using various SaaS based logistics products including Tableau and PowerBI.
Approximately 40 hours per week; pay range for this position is $140,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year.
