The Cash Management activity is a key treasury focus. Treasury Operations Team primarily supports the U.S. market (Pfizer Inc. and all its majority-owned or controlled, U.S. affiliates). The team executes and accounts for high-value and time-sensitive payments or receipts related to several initiatives such as business development, debt servicing, share repurchase, dividends and intercompany netting.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

This position entails activities related to the U.S. Cash pool banking structure. This role plays an integral part on the Treasury Operation team in designing and implementing enhancement to the Treasury function for efficiency. Roles and Responsibilities

The US Commercial Division is committed to evolving its go to market model to increase coordination around critical customers and channels, and to optimize activity across the Primary Care portfolio, spanning Vaccines, Antivirals and Diagnostics, Women’s Health, Migraine, and Internal Medicine. A critical area of focus within this brief is establishing sustainable engagement models with new settings of care as the US landscape continues to evolve. Telehealth, now a popular setting of care for an increasing volume of Americans carries urgency in forming standardized partnership and delivery models to support our Primary Care products. Adjacent, Pfizer is committed to building sustainable engagement with other new sites of care, including Digital Health and Hybrid Platforms (e.g. Amazon Clinic, One Medical) and Employers, as they represent an increasingly important channel for Primary Care services and product management, and as plan sponsors, influence commercial pathways across the US healthcare market.

The Telehealth and Employers Channel Lead, US Primary Care will report to the Head of Customer and Channels, and will be responsible for developing, managing, and adapting Channel Strategy and execution planning for the Primary Care portfolio with Telehealth Providers, Digital Health Leaders and establishing Primary Care strategy for Employer engagement spanning the full portfolio, tailored to key segments of interest to large US companies.

Working in close conjunct with Franchise teams, the lead and their team will be responsible for developing and growing Pfizer brand performance in these emerging channels, with initial priority on telehealth. It is expected that this team will develop a standardized approach for Pfizer to engage with both large, embedded telehealth providers (e.g. Teladoc, MDLive – often partnered with Employers), health plan-operated services and independent flexible provider networks (e.g. Wheel, Steady MD) through appropriate commercial and medical education activities. Resource Allocation

• Partner with US Primary Care Franchise teams to develop rigorous channel forecasts for telehealth, urgent care, and online care delivery platforms, where applicable, based on evolving marketplace, competitive and contracting insights and determine optimal resource allocation across partners and brands to reflect customer and portfolio priorities.
• Ensure marketing activities are held accountable to deliver on or above-target ROI and that disciplined planning processes are conducted at every key stage in the operating plan calendar and approaching major LE windows.

Channel Insights and Performance Reporting

• Establish a single point of focus for the US Primary Care on channel (aggregate), employer, partner and portfolio and brand (specific) performance.
• Partner with key enabling teams in CMO and Digital to provide routine and user-friendly insights and reporting to Primary Care franchise teams and stakeholders.
• Convene regular data and insight review forums and use structured output to refine strategic and account planning, and forward resource allocation decisions.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Ensure the Retail Marketing Team are resourced and able to develop consumer and point-of-care programs and tactics, and customer-facing materials, to support portfolio (unbranded, disease state level) and brand-specific initiatives to be deployed either in specific retailers or across retail channels.
• Empower and enable management of front-of-store creative development in conjunction with CMO, and back of store programs appropriately with the Medical organization.

Resource Allocation 

• Partner with US Primary Care Franchise teams to develop rigorous retail forecasts, based on evolving marketplace, competitive and contracting insights and determine optimal resource allocation across retailers and brands to reflect customer and portfolio priorities.
• Manage aggregate Retail Marketing and Partnership budgets, delivering on media and spend efficiencies where available and securing best value implementation on behalf of Franchises.
• Ensure marketing activities are held accountable to deliver on or above-target ROI and that disciplined planning processes are conducted at every key stage in the operating plan calendar and approaching major LE windows. 

Channel Insights and Performance Reporting 

• Establish a single point of focus for US Primary Care on retail channel (aggregate) and portfolio and brand (specific) performance.
• Partner with key enabling teams in CMO, Enterprise Trade and Digital to provide routine and user-friendly insights and reporting to Primary Care franchise teams and stakeholders.
• Convene regular data and insight review forums and use structured output to refine strategic and account planning, and forward resource allocation decisions. 

 BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of experience, 13+ years with MBA, 10+ years with PhD/PharmD
• Experience in US Healthcare, specific to employer and/or US market access preferred.
• Deep and consistently proven experience in US Retail, ideally encompassing direct tenure at senior levels in either Retail Pharmacy and/or consumer retail chains directly, or within US Pharmaceuticals with direct accountability for the channel and with track record of interfacing with and managing pharmacy accounts.
• Senior-level experience of consumer healthcare management, either directly via portfolio accountabilities or indirectly through consumer healthcare marketing or program responsibilities, covering understanding of consumer goods promotion in-store and associated category management
• Direct contracting experience, ideally extending to include Vaccination contracting, distribution and pull-through and strong working knowledge of pharmacy benefit management, pharmacy services and in-store management.
• Strategic planning, evaluation, and execution experience, including managing across complex internal management matrices and cross-functional teams to align planning and operational accountabilities.
• Innovation mindset coupled with a proven track record of translating conceptual opportunities into concrete implementation and resulting programs, yielding direct improvements for patients.
• Analytical thinker, able to organize, process and act on dynamic information flows, and communicate observed trends and insights to senior leaders to inform decision making and actions.
• Experienced team manager, with pedigree for setting strong cultures of trust and collaboration and reputation for working well with adjacent peer and cross-organizational stakeholders, given the matrixed nature of Pfizer Retail management.

• This position will be the global clinical lead for a medicine with one or more indications within the Oncology Research and Development organization and will provide strategic and technical guidance at an asset and/or indication level, as well as coordination and support to Oncology Clinical Leads, Medical Monitors and non-MD clinicians.
• Provides therapeutic area clinical expertise to a project(s) and maintains state of the art knowledge in Prostate Cancer.

Contribution to Projects:

• Accountable for developing and delivering the integrated clinical development plan that is consistent with the overarching strategy and vision for prostate cancer, with well-designed studies and the most efficient use of budget and resources, and risk and quality assessment. 
• Leads design, implementation, and interpretation of pivotal studies as part of the global clinical program (one or more indications) for a drug candidate to deliver a successful regulatory submission worldwide, working closely with the Development Head.
• Single point of contact for Clinical Development to the Medicine Team, and leader of the Clinical Sub-Team related to assigned assets or indications.
• Leads the preparations of the clinical content of regulatory submissions/documents (e.g., NDA, MAA, IND, sNDA, IB, AR/DSRU, label changes, Core Data Sheet, Package Insert).

• Demonstrated accomplishments or formal training in Oncology
• 10+ years of clinical development experience in the health sciences, preferably GU oncology stretching academic and industry career.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical industry experience (minimum depending on academic experience prior to industry)

The Pfizer Connect Health & Science Representative (PCHR) is responsible to increase product awareness, educate customers and attain the goals of their Business Unit through fully remote / virtual customer interactions. The PCHR is charged with relationship development and promotional efforts with U.S. customers and accounts.  

The PCHR should possess strong business acumen and outstanding communications skills with an aptitude to develop in-depth expertise in virtual engagement settings, establish and build impactful relationships and exhibit strong promotional skills.  They must understand and follow the call process for their BU including developing pre-call plans, executing calls, and conducting post-call analyses  using all available digital and virtual tools.  They must have the ability to work independently in virtual collaboration with cross-functional internal teams.  Where applicable, the PCHR should coordinate insights, learnings, and customer approach with in-field Health & Science Representatives or Specialists who call on Health Care Professionals (HCP) in overlapping geographical areas.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage with customers virtually, primarily from a dedicated Pfizer Connect Center, to compliantly grow the business and drive product demand by proactively providing solutions to achieve business objectives and needs.
• Generate product demand by educating customers and promoting the product.
