We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to join our team at 1Kosmos.As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies and achieving sales targets. The selected professional will leverage their good working knowledge of either, the IAM, Payments, and/or Authentication industries to Exceed all revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
- Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them
- Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to help them meet and exceed their targets
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and updates to the senior leadership team
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure a cohesive and successful sales strategy
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in working in either IAM, Authentication or Cyber Security fields Hungry, Persistent, and can follow through on tasks.
- Creativity to think outside the box to hit targets and satisfy clients.
- Professional, ambitious, determined and results-oriented mindset
- Positive attitude, team-oriented, self-starter who can work alone or in a collaborative manner.
- Strong written, verbal and presentation communications skills
- Verifiable track record of results
