Continuity of Operations Information Technology Specialist
Key Role:
Serve as an Information Technologies (IT) specialist supporting Continuity of Operations (COOP) for a Combatant Command. Oversee the implementation of IT solutions, to include hardware and software used to create, store, manipulate, and display information as well as the means to transmit it across multiple classified and unclassified networks and means. Develop and execute plans for sustainment, training, and exercises for continuity-related information technologies. Implement an evolving COOP IT framework and CONOPS. Provide full-spectrum, senior-level consultant SME support, working with external organizations and agencies, leveraging well developed relationships and understanding of roles and responsibilities within the DoD, other Combatant Commands, defense agencies, and elements. This position requires the ability to travel regionally and internationally.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience working IT at the Major Command level or higher
Experience with operational-level planning
Ability to travel regionally and internationally
TS/SCI clearance
HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with Mission Assurance
Possession of excellent analytical skills at the operational level
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree
Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) or other continuity certification
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,100.00 to $119,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
