Key Role:

Serve as a Fires Subject Matter Expert (SME) in support of Headquarters Marine Corps. As a Fires SME, you will play a pivotal role for the DoD in conducting research, analysis and responsible for collaborating across military, government, and industry. • Experience with drive data collection and analysis

• Experience with Kill Webs, fires planning, and targeting

• Knowledge of Force Design 2030 and technologies being applied by the Fires communities

• Ability to interface with key stakeholders on issues related to allies and partners, international engagements, and strategic development

• TS/SCI clearance

• Bachelor’s degree or 15+ years of experience with DOD Fires organizations in lieu of a degree

Serve as a member of a multi-disciplinary team and apply systems engineering practices to support the development and acquisition of war fighting information systems in various stages of development and acquisition. As a member of our team, we are looking for you to solve complex challenges and shape national security by participating in Agile systems engineering and integration efforts. Lead or support technical and engineering tasks for the customer, including the design, requirements analysis, systems analysis, development, system-of-systems integration, acquisition planning, test and evaluation, mission or capability planning, reliability, or maintainability of information systems.

Your customer will trust you to not only design and develop these information systems, but also evolve them with advanced technology solutions. As a systems engineer on our team, you have the chance to impact how the Marine Corps designs and monitor information networks. You Have: 

• 8+ years of experience with systems engineering of DoD system

• 3+ years of experience with performing systems engineering, integration, and testing of DoD or Government Agency information systems or applications

• ​Experience with Agile systems development

• Experience with system architecture and design, requirements analysis and management, interface definition and management, verification and validation, or trade study design and execution

• Experience with the system development life cycle

• Ability to write technical documentation and create design artifacts

• Ability to develop and document effective processes

• TS/SCI clearance

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Networks and Security, Computer Engineering, or Mathematics

Nice If You Have: 

• Experience with systems utilizing Cloud based infrastructure

• Experience in leading engineering teams

• Experience using model-based systems engineering methods and tools

• Experience using or managing Marine Corps C4I Systems

• Ability to analyze customer capabilities and develop requirements

• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science

• Agile Certification

• INCOSE ASEP Certification

• ASEP, OCSMP, A+, Network+, Security+ CE, CCENT, MCTS, or MCITP Certification

Clearance:   

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
