Blackstone Real Estate Portfolio Management
Blackstone’s Real Estate Portfolio Management Group expects analysts to value, track, analyse and report on Blackstone’s European real estate portfolio. Portfolio Management is also responsible for integrating information flows across the portfolio which involves bespoke projects as well as several initiatives involving technology and business analytics. This role involves managing and reviewing a significant number of processes and data, requiring strong analytical skills, business acumen, professionalism, good attention to detail and communication skills. You will have key responsibilities focusing on open-ended funds, operating and performance analytics across multiple sectors and be involved in a number of different assignments at once. The role will work closely with Blackstone’s asset management team along with fund management, finance, investor relations teams, and portfolio companies.
Analyst Work May Include:
- Open-ended fund reporting activities
- Portfolio and Key Performance Indicator analytics
- Involvement in portfolio and market research and data mining
- Manage various quarterly reporting processes
- Manage investor bespoke templates on the portfolio
- Assist with ad hoc internal firmwide and investor deliverables
- Tracking of disposal, operating and financial data
- Support strategic operating and data projects
- Improve processes working closely with technology team
Qualifications:

Requirements
- 2+ years minimum experience
- Postgraduate or a Bachelor's degree with a major in finance, real estate, or a closely related field
- ACCA qualification is highly desirable
- Prior experience in real estate is beneficial
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint required
