Role Overview: In this critical role, you will manage the schedule of a senior executive, facilitate key interactions within and outside the bank, and provide administrative support to the ASO team.

Executive Management Support:
· Scheduling responsibilities: Regularly manage the executive's schedule, preventing conflicts and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
· Meeting coordination: Facilitate interactions between the executive and key stakeholders within the team.
· Travel management: Oversee logistics for overseas business trips, working closely with APAC branch members.
Back-up Duties
Administrative Support:
· Carry out administrative tasks such as handling payments, creating purchase orders, and processing personnel expense reimbursements.
Job Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years of experience in a secretarial role, preferably supporting senior management.
· Strong multitasking abilities and prioritization skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to use common IT tools and software proficiently.
· Proactive and responsible, ensuring high-quality outcome.
· Experience in arranging and conducting meetings with diverse stakeholders.
